The worst place ever its nice if you get the room you booked but not when your put in run down staff rooms with loose wires everywhere and no cold water. I wouldn't let a dog stay where we paid for superior double room for 2 weeks last November but told wasn't available when got there. The older woman on the desk was so rude and arrogant and said they were overbooked and more or less tough. When tried to contact on the beach but they wouldn't answer. I had an accident in the old enamel bath that was there I slipped and badly damaged my arm. The balcony is a small triangular space with tree in front no working TV and electric goes on and off. The mattresses were disgusting stains all over them and that's just a few things. The entertainment and bar staff were brilliant and are always working very hard. We have since moved hotels because of the disgusting state of the room and bad treatment of the older woman on the desk she should be fired. You will only be treated with respect if your east European or a group booking

Worst hotel I have ever been to.Rude uncaring management,if you can find them. They tend to hide, whilst the unhelpful reception staff, in particular the old crone are not interested. The hotel is constantly overbooked so why should they care-- the attitude of " if you don't like it-- tough " Think twice before booking, plenty of better hotels in Rhodes. If the management were half as good as the overworked staff and animation team then .......

Overall hotel is ok. Food is a bit poor but you can always go from time to time to some local restaurants for a good price. All inclusive alcohol is quite strong and they are not making any problems if you wany some stronger stuff. Same with numbers of drinks you want, if you want to stock up allot of drinks before they close the bar they are happy to serve you. Rooms are clean and clean daily, only issue we had was air con, they had to fix it about 4 times cos it only work for an hour every time. Animation team was great, very friendly and proffesional. Billy is a legend:) Fufu,Hannah and Christine are great!!! If you go there you have to try some suma......hehe. so overall good cheap holidays. Darek

Do not understand all the terrible reviews, we recently stayed here me my partner and child, the hotel is clean and well presented we didnt stay in the main building we stayed in a separate building near another pool, it was clean spacious 2 bedrooms balcony etc. the hotel has 3 outdoor pools one indoor pool which you have to pay a small fee to use as it belongs the the spa but you get to use there facilities also. Hotel is situated in a lovely place right upon the beach front Rhodes, ialaysoss are only a short bus ride away and you can get there for less than 3 euros we visited old town and went jetskiing at ialaysoss beach during our stay. The food is not brilliant as it is rather repetative but we stumbled upon a few returants not 5 mins walk away from the hotel were we ate out a couple of nights to mix it up a bit. Drinks included in all inclusiva are quite limited vodka gin ouzo wine and beer so if you drink anything other than these be prepared to fork out at the bar ice creams and snacks availiable throughout the day. The Animation tem and mini club staff were amazing really made the holiday the entertainment was fantastic, greek night at the hotel also reccomended fantastic BBQ, the hotel is on a flight path so planes fly rather low but we found it interesting to see all in all fab break away well worth the money
