I'd like to start by saying I went in the season so can't comment about the complains that everything was shut down towards the end. My family and I have been on many holidays and usually stay in 5* so I was expecting this hotel to live up to the others I have visited- it definitely did! The beach is kept in excellent condition! No litter and is on the front of the hotel! It also right next to the steps that lead you up to the pool. Not only that but there is also a slide in one of the 3 pools which kept my 4 year old grandson entertained and was about 30 seconds from the beach. The kiddie club is also very good!! The food is what you expect when you go to an all inclusive hotel, obviously if you are staying over a week it will get repetitive but for a family of 6 and two fussy teenagers we was more than pleased with it! You can also visit the pool bar where they sell toasties and you can visit the beach bar were popcorn, slushes and ice creams are available. The main restaurant is also open at dinner Time. I also highly recommend the Chinese, worth getting up early to book its delicious! The staff are all very friendly, they all wish you good morning, even the maids! The bar staff come to your table and ask you what you want to drink and bring you your drinks which is very helpful and they continue doing this throughout the whole night. As I am a fan of alcohol on holiday, I can certainly say it is up to English standards and the cocktails are worth trying! The animation team are also excellent and offer a wide variety of sports. The water sports they offer are very good. Jet skiis, banana boats, rings and free pedal boats and canoes. There is a lot of sun beds and because of the good location of the hotel you can visit the shops down the road or go on trips to the waterparks or glass bottom boats which I recommend and you are picked up from the hotel and dropped back off. The hotel being clean is the MOST important thing to me as I am slightly OCD! But the hotel rooms are kept spotless! the only problem with the room was my air con was on the loud side. There was only one bad thing that occurred all holiday and that was on arrival. When arriving they had over booked meaning we couldn't have rooms next to you. However, after half an hour complaining the night we arrived, we got a room next to each other the following morning. I have heard it in other reviews so thought it was worth mentioning. Overall I would definitely visit this hotel again and I would advise you to also. Trust me if there was anything majorly wrong with this hotel I would tell you!
I Love this place. The shopping was not as good as I had anticipated but the hotel in itself is lovely. We like to have the rooms round the back of the carpark as these rooms have their own pool...

Arrived here the last week of October and the weather was terrible! The hotel it's self was nice, the rooms we're clean and well furnished. The hotel staff were hard working and helpful. The food was Disappointing, it was very repetitive, under cooked and mostly cold, the flies flying round and landing on the tables and food were a nightmare!! Was disappointed that everything started to close down around us, the Chinese restaurant Closed mid week and so did the Greek taverna so we never got the chance to try them. The area outside the hotel resembled Beirut, some of the buildings were derelict with graffiti on them, not the prettiest place I've been to. Wouldn't go back, but I'm sure it would have been better if it hadn't thrown it down all week!!
