Overall the holiday was very enjoyable. Apart from the snake slide that was only tried once as this ended with me having concussion and 2 swollen black eyes. There is NO hight restriction on this slide and it is an open slide right until the end when it is shaped into a mouth, resulting in me having a lump the size of an orange on my forehead and visiting a&e for an xray on my return home. This needs addressing and some signage erecting to prevent this! !

Stay all inclusive; unsurprisingly, very nice. The pools are numerous and very nice and the beach is indeed small, but sunny and friendly. The restoration is very good and varied. Personal, multilingual (Greek, bein course, English, French and Russian) are very professional and available day and night, regardless of their position. The animation team was very friendly and communicative joy. Damage, however, that the activities with children take place over very short time slots, but may be it was due to the period in which we stayed (few children were entrusted). A little regret also the wi-fi which is very difficult to effectively capture in the rooms. I forgot: the rooms are all well located, although some are better than others (sea view). I want to thank the staff of the main restaurant for their daily home with a smile; Maria animators, Anais, Natali, for their dedication with the children and boys for their sympathy and joy of living; Finally a big thank you to the reception staff for their kindness and availability. My girls dream of returning as soon as possible.

Well it only took an hour to turn us from laid back happy holiday makers at the end of a two week trip to Crete to turn us into Mr & Mrs Meldrew. To be fair it was the wrong hotel for us but nevertheless we did expect the level of genuine service we had received elsewhere. Reception staff paying lipservice to proper service had no way or inclination to resolve the issues we had. Do not purchase the premium WiFi as it did not work and we were offered only an extra day for free - why would we want that if it did not work - but more importantly we were only there 24 hours, no one could grasp that or try to make us happy again. That was only one issue. The hotel is operationally driven rather than customer service driven, serving staff did their best but the whole thing is like a super tanker chugging forward in an inflexible way. It was the wrong hotel for us, if you like basting in the sun on a crowded beach or poolside, with wall to wall food, plenty of activities, with lots of Russians, Germans, French and Italians, and want to be near the airport, then fill your boots!
