We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug 2015. The best bits were that all the public areas were well kept, rooms were cleaned daily but linen & towels only changed every 3 days. And the wave pool was very, very good. Also there is a free bus to take you into corfu town or to Glyfada beach. Now for the bad bits... Most of the staff are unfriendly and hardly ever make eye contact or smile. The chalets are very basic. They are serviceable but with hardly any comfort. Not sure how this got a 4 star rating. The air con was completely inefficient, the towels thin & the toiletries not worth mentioning!! But the absolute worse bit of all was the restaurant... The noise is deafening, there's people milling about looking for tables, staff crashing & banging crockery onto trolleys, children running around and people going in all directions with plates of hot food & drinks. This is an accident waiting to happen. The food itself was always the same and never very appetising. I dreaded each & every meal. We didn't bother to even try out any of the slides etc in the other areas of the park as most of them looked very run down and and in need of maintenance. Plus there didn't seem to be much attention given to Health & Safety. A lot of areas were terribly slippery. Without a doubt this was...The worst holiday I've ever had!!

A great place to visit with kids of any age for a day. But spoilt by 2 problems. 1) many of the slides are getting old and need repair or replacement...the bigger slides make your back sore as the slides parts don't fit together seemlessly. After a few hours we all had bruises and sores. 2) Some of the staff were great. (at the coffee shop for example) but some were clearly tired from the long summer and were grumpy at best and rude at worst (wave pool) definitely put a dent in the days fun. The fast food restaurant was anything but fast with just one guy filling orders. Nice day but could have been so much better. And not cheap! Family of 4 with entrance. Locker and food was Euro 150

i travelled with my husband, son, daughter in law and grandchildren aged 12 and 7 on 21 st August. We had a brilliant time. A holiday is what you make it! My room, the grounds and public areas were very clean. Very quiet, no disturbance at night. The food was lovely, hot, varied and constantly replenished. Never having done all inclusive before it took a couple of sessions to get used to the 'canteen' style set up but we soon sussed out the quieter times to eat. My son has done all inclusive in Europe before and he was very impressed with the tastiness and quality of the food. Also, there is no limit to the number of times you can book the Wave Pool Restaurant to eat outside for a change. All the resort staff worked hard and were friendly . Eat early and get up to the entertainment area by about 8.30 if you really want to settle into a nice spot for the evening. When we arrived later we had to scout about for odd chairs. The animation team worked their socks off and were very friendly. Ok, it is not the best evening entertainment in the world but have a glass of wine, relax and enjoy. The team are really doing their best and are so enthusiastic. The animation team have a day off on a Thursday. Entertainment would finish by 11 so we'd sit on our terrace in the lovely warm air and play cards which we 'd really enjoy. Simple pleasures! The first morning I went to look around at about 8 am and could see that towels were already out around the pools so be warned, it wasn't a problem for us because we'd spend time in the wave pool until 11 when the side gate opened and then set up camp in the water park where there was loads of room and plenty of shade. The water park is good fun with excellent slides which were properly monitored by staff. There was no hotel bus to Glyfada or Corfu on Saturday and Sunday, again, no problem as we caught the local bus to Glyfada Beach on Sunday which was €1.80 each way. Yes, there were wasps around Bar areas but it is a hot country with sweet stuff about so it's hardly surprising. We went to Corfu Town on our last evening by taxi - €20 each way. Nowhere to stroll to in the evening but if you are happy with that, then this is a lovely family place to go to.
room opposite pool also has main road at front so traffic noise at night is a trade off we would be willing to do again.Excellent food of all types but no excuse not to diet so you have to admit to...
room opposite pool also has main road at front so traffic noise at night is a trade off we would be willing to do again.Excellent food of all types but no excuse not to diet so you have to admit to piggin out.It is kept very clean all over. You can enter water Park by own entrance at 11 am but better to go into front entrance at 10 am as if their was a 100 of you beds would be no problem as coaches are not there until 10.30 ish.You can easily leave a towel on your beds go back to the htel for lunch and return to the water park for second bash. There is also a soft play area which is not mentioned on site that you would pay £5 for back home. The entertainment is not great but with full days you don't really need it.The hotel bus service to beach or town is good but the bus stop outside gives you control over your own time and you do not want to be stuck at the beach if it is really hot.If you ask a member of staff for anything they really try their best. we asked for a taxi and the receptionist took us outside and showed us where to get a Bus.On a snobby note the cost of this holiday means well brought up children and no poor behaviour or language. A few burnt grown ups but no burnt kids.I would say use the green buses as they go to a main depot and you can easily find your way allover the island, they even do the equivalent of a red rover ticket if your old enough to remember them. a great place 20 minutes from airport.
