We could not fault the hotel and their hospitality. We had some problems initially with the room we paid for and booked but the staff were excellent and sorted this out straight away. For the rest of the holiday we were made to feel like VIP guests, the staff could not have done enough. We had an excellent holiday and would recommend this hotel for its food and friendly staff. The choice of restaurants to eat in was brilliant for the all inclusive as was the A la carte Italian. My only reservation was the indian resturant but we fed this back to the hotel so they may improve the dishes and presentation. unlike other all inclusives you could enjoy a drink at any time throughout the day. The pontoon in the sea was excellent for snorkelling and the animation staff always welcomed us to play any games as predominantly this hotel is catered for the Russian community. However all the guests were very friendly towards us as we were the ONLY 2 UK guests in the whole complex. I would particularly like to say thank you to Milad Nassar who was our beach barman. He was so attentive all throughout our stay and always ensured we were catered for. Said Mohamed was also a source of good entertainment everyday on the beach and Ata Nageh with his daily quiz! Thankyou for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing, we will hope to return to you soon Harry and Louise

I have been going there for over 10 years now and every year is becoming better and better than the one before. New friends are made from all over the world. The buffet tastes better every year and the fun never ends as there is a different show there every night after dinner. Will definitely be there again this year.

I stayed at this hotel 15 Feb-5 March 2015. Just about all guests are from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan and for the first 8 days or so I was the only guest from UK. The Animation team based at the hotel were highly visible all round the hotel and the shows they put on ( despite all being in Russian! ) were the best I have seen by any Animation Team in 40 visits to Egypt. In particular Marina, Oksana and Sasha were very helpful whenever I came across them. I had a room down facing the sea and there were no less than 101 steps to negotiate to get to Reception and main restaurant area.! The hotel does run a shuttle bus up and down within the grounds...a good help if you have dodgy knees like I have! Staff were like all Egyptian staff at all the hotels I have visited in Egypt..very helpful and pleasant at all time. Just one member of staff at this hotel was over attentive and chatty...obviously in order to get tops! Always plenty of food choice and food available and for 16+ hours per day. I booked my holiday through Alpharooms and through them booked transfers to and from the hotel. Sinai Safari Adventures were the the company that provided the transfers and were on time ( even a little early ! ) attentive, courteous, efficient and the driver and Rep were friendly and polite throughout. Very different to Sun International transfers I had one time...they failed to turn up for a transfer back to the hotel on a previous holiday. Thank you Sinai Safari Adventures and to the staff at Pyramisa. Thanks also to the Animation Team at the hotel ...I hope to see you all again! P.S the gardens are beautiful with lots of brilliantly coloured flowers and are VERY well maintained.
