Myself and partner (25&27) stayed here for 2 weeks w/c 17th July. Arrived 9ish at night to be greeted by polite reception staff however not offered a drink after our long day. Had been up for over 22 hours! Staff carried our luggage to our room. We had a lovely family room (email before hand and specify any requirements you may need) overlooking the pool. Very comfy beds and room was lovely and clean although the floor (which is tiled) is only swept and not actually washed so can become sticky. We found if you left tips for the cleaners then you would have towel art left for you but if you didn't then no towel art! Tea and coffee facilities in the room however no milk! No lifts at this hotel so don't go here if you find it difficult to walk up stairs (although there aren't that many). Definitely not enough sun beds around the pool. It is 1st come 1st serve but, as with any hotel, if you tip the man in the towel hut (a generous amount) he will reserve you sun beds for your duration (however may not always be in the safe place depending on wether someone had tipped more - we know this from experience) Jaz Club is definitely the quietest of the 3 hotel on the complex which in one way is good as you didn't have loud music and an animation team every second but it somehow lacked in a bit of atmosphere. You are however pestered by people selling excursions! You can take your 'do not disturb' sign from your room or from the towel hut and place them by your bed which should deter them but it does not! - talking from experience. As a guest staying at the Jaz Club you can use each hotels lobby bar,the snack bar down at Jaz Beach and obviously the Club's restaurant however this is not made clear on arrival and many people had to find this out for themselves. You can upgrade your wrist bands (each hotel on the complex has different colour in order for the staff to know which hotel you belong to) but this isn't really worth it as pretty much all the 'entertainment) is in the Jaz Park lobby bar. 1st weeks entertainment was good (as hadn't seen it before). The usual kiddies disco and then singers and games to involve the guest but once you've gone through your planner (which they should give you at check in a long with a map of the resort) your rather bored the 2nd week! I believe the animation team mainly stayed down at the Jaz Beach during the day but we only had a few walks down there so can't comment fully. Take a walk down to the jetty. One of the highlights of the hotel. You can walk out into the sea for a long way before the level changes and the ship wreck begins (invest in some flippers, snorkel and water socks) as the coral and some fishes can be very painful! Slide operate within Jaz Park between 10-12 2-4 which are quite fun! We used the spa (well jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) a few times and enjoyed this. Club restaurant was always busy not matter what time you went (set times on hotel info provided at check in) and always waiting for plates and glasses. As with the entertainment, after the 1st weeks it gets repetitive. Within Jaz Park there are 3 all inclusive restaurants (which can be booked via a screen at the Park lobby) but they are near enough impossible to get in and the priority guests are Thompson. These are also quite pricey. Also at the Jaz Park are the usual shops (supermarkets, around 4 or 5 and I think 1 was 24/7,jewellery shop and around 3 Pharmacies which you will 100% need/use! Doctor on complex between certain times but extremely pricey! Went on a few trips booked via the rep at the hotel but after speaking to some other guest we realised that actually walking down the beach to other hotels the trips are much much cheaper! Went on the 4 in 1 trip which inc stargazing, quad biking (a must through the desert but extremely hot) meal and show. We also went on a boat trip where I snorkelled and partner suba dived. Soho square is around a 15 min taxi drive which is worth a look! Overall a lovely hotel however good and entertainment need to be greatly improved! Some staff more helpful than others but I think you get that in any hotel you go too!

Had a 2wk holiday at Jazz m club hotel beautiful very clean, however food was terrible not much choice always had to wait for food to arrive no matter what time we went for meal the tables never clean or no table at all. Coffee machine always broken or never any milk or tea bags. Entertainment very poor in the evenings singer at reception area very poor same songs on every visit. Receptionist on arrival not very welcoming arrived very late at night every were closed so no food had to wait around awhile before going to room. Departure had to pay £45 to keep room till 6pm when we didn't arrive until very late. The only people that made our holiday were the boys at the beach bar brilliant always made sure we had drinks and has the time to chat but always very busy. Will not be going again shame because hotel was so beautiful.
