Just returned from another fantastic relaxing stay. Pool area great for relaxing and much quieter and less in your face than the beach and park. Mohammed and George at the snack bar, Saad in the restaurant, Santos in the pool bar, Mahmmod at the towel Cabin, these guys really made our holiday special and they really are a credit to the hotel that should not go unnoticed by the management. Always smiling and eager to help. Also Ahmed who serviced our room everyday and made my 3 year old daughter very happy to find out what exciting animal he had made out of the towels each day. We were in 4109 which was perfect for family. Thanks to all.

Just returned last night from an amazing holiday! The hotel is lovely, nicely set out, all rooms with pool view. It is part of the Jaz Mirabel complex of the Club, Park & Beach hotels. It is all beautifully landscaped, well kept and very clearn. ALL the staff that we came across in the Club & Park hotels were so polite, friendly, happy and helpful, they couldn't do enough. To name a couple - Des (bar), Samy, or Lee Evans as he is affectionately know (cleaning bar & public areas), Medhat (Assistant Drinks & Catering Manager). They always talked, asked how you were, if everything was ok, they couldn't do enough to help. the reception staff, security, cleaners, bar and restaurant staff were all the same - just wonderful. The food was excellent. Loads of choice, great selections, well presented and very tasty. If you couldn't find something you liked you mst be a very fussy eater! Entertainment every night, varied and you could enjoy it in the bar or the amphitheatre. Folklore evening, Whirling Dervish, singers, quiz, bingo, something for everyone. We met loads of lovely holiday makers, some who were there for their 14th time, so that is testimony to the hotel in itself. We arrived around 5pm on Thursday 15th and on the Friday we had a call from Reception to check if everything was ok, did we need anything, was the room ok etc. I've never had that before and thought it was great that they checked. I would highly recommend a holiday in the Club or the Park without any doubt! I cannot comment on the Beach Hotel as we didn't use their facilites but can say that it looked a beautiful, well kept hotel too.
This is our third visit to this complex which is very unusual and a compliment to the hotel. We have stayed in The Beach and are coming for the second time to The Club in November. We like the Club...
This is our third visit to this complex which is very unusual and a compliment to the hotel. We have stayed in The Beach and are coming for the second time to The Club in November. We like the Club as it is quieter and more relaxing but you can go to the Park for entertainment in the evening if you want to.

We booked with On the Beach, it didn't start well the transfer was terrible and very disorganised by (Master Travel Services) kept waiting around an hour whilst they tried to sort out our transport, then when allocated we had to lift our luggage shoulder height and pass it through a mini bus window disgusting wont use OTB again! The Hotel is part of a complex of three hotels Club, Park and Beach with the Club being the smallest and the Beach being the biggest. The Club is a quiet hotel and is the furthest from the beach. Guests of the Club share the dining room the Flooka with the Park, this was very dated and when busy could not really accommodate two hotels, on the plus side the food was good probably the best we have had in Egypt so far, staff were friendly but service was slow and was hit and miss, the staff seemed to be short handed and not all the facilities on site were open. Dining room staff Azza, Medhet, Adam worked very hard and always had a welcome smile. The room we were given was very good on the ground floor 4131 very spacious and great bathroom with walk in shower. The pool bar was staffed by Santos, he was very good and there was a good variety of drinks available. If you want a quite area then the Club is a good choice, but it does look fairly plain compared to the Park and especially the Beach, I have added some photos of each hotel and view so you can choose for yourself which may suit you. We were allowed one al carte meal during the stay, you paid if you wanted more. The beach is good and they have a very long pier great for a walk after a long day in the sun! You cant use all the Beach facilities unless you upgrade, you can do this on a daily basis if you choose. The cost of our all inclusive stay seemed excessive for the holiday, but the weather was brilliant. Not sure I would return here but it was a chill out holiday and we did enjoy it, we didn't bother with trips been there done that.
