We have just returned from a week staying at Jaz Mirabel Club and would definitely recommend for those in need of some winter sun and relaxation. The hotel complex is outstanding and kept extremely clean and tidy. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food suitable for all tastes and plenty of it! There was also the choice of snacks at the beach huts served all day. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. The bars serve various drinks and cocktails of which were plentiful, thanks to Desouky5. The service received throughout the hotel cannot be faulted, the staff were very friendly and catered to your every need. The only drawback is the lack of freedom to go outside the hotel grounds, however, this was to be expected from the destination and the fact we were two women.

Great place with great staff!! This is one of three hotels together and this one is very much for those who want a quiet break with no noise or hassle. If you want noise and some extra ambiance the mirabel beach resort would be better. The rooms were very clean and the food good. I had a great holiday with my friends where we sat by the pool all week sun bathing and chatting. My only complaint was a receptionist who asked me to do a trip advisor review because he was about to get sacked for his behaviour towards customers and then as we were leaving asked my male friend to claim a t-shirt his 'friend' had left in his room from room service and give to him, which was blatently a desire for a leftover guests item! However this wouldn't deter another visit or my overall ratings.

Stayed here for a week in February what can I say had a fantastic week. Would say hotel is 4 star but the service was definitely 5 star. Tamer on the pool bar was great once he know your drink glass was never empty. Siaade ( not sure of spelling) who did the towels round the pool was also fab. Aza in the restaurant always had smile and made sure you had what you needed I asked for mayonnaise one day and after that it was always available. Mohamed on reception made our book in quick and easy was in our room within 15 minutes of arrival.Entertainment in the evenings was good. Would definitely go back.
