Where do I start you need to remove this hotel as a joke there hardly be any one on the reception that spoke English no air con in the lobby especially as I waited 40 mins to check in with 2 kids no air con even in the one place to eat the food is shocking if they run out that's it at 6 months pregnant I think I had to eat out 6 times costing me around 300 pounds this I don't expect on a all inclusive in 10 days food was not adequately at all especially not for two children never have I been on an all inclusive where we were all hungry and to be served the meat by the staff rather then what we want totally cutting cost where they CAN the milk is water down no machines to get ur own drinks so have to sweat and hope a waiter is free the smallest cups too that's if drink was available on many occasions no beer no soft drinks just water the low lighting in the restaurant or outside meant you cannot see what you are eating nor if cooked through I suppose not labelling the food doesn't help the rooms were very basic not enough towels and many ants the flooring around the hotel is slippery or raised tiling so dangerous no ice creams or use of a swim up bar as have to pay!! Bathroom so dark and unclean many of the hotel staff and especially locals out of the hotel laughed all said food bad bab hotel hauza I've never complained about a hotel before I've been Egypt twice before I complain to two travel reps but clearly nothing could be done a absolute joke of a hotel and a holiday nightmeare I'd like a refund especially the cost to eat out in order for my children and being pregnant myself didn't starve cause 8 h most days we didn't eat as liver for lunch my kids or myself would not eat no substitute one very unhappy family 😡😡😡😡

I have finally received a response regarding my compliant from my July holiday , and what a waste of time that was !!! Here is the response I got .... A what' a load of crap!!!! Thank you for your Complaint Form raised on the 29th July 2015. Please accept our apologies for the delay to the reply. We do aim to please every customer and I am sorry that on this occasion you are not satisfied with your experience of booking through Travel Republic. Travel Republic is an online travel agent and acts as agent to various travel providers. In the case of your booking, the relevant travel provider was Jumbo Tours. I have relayed your concerns to Jumbo Tours and received the below response: We deeply regret that your clients found cause to complain for the recent booking made through Jumbo Tours and would like to apologies for this. We regret that the clients never contacted Jumbo Tours to complaint about anything while they were allocated in the Hotel during 14 days; the clients never contacted their Agency during their whole stay. We need to remind you that this is a premise for any complaint/refund. If clients are not happy with the booked Hotel they can contact us. We than get immediately in contact with the Hotel to assist the clients - or in last case, to offer them any alternative Hotel of same category and in same location. In case, the Hotel reception offers no solution to their problems, it is necessary that the clients contact us; contrarily we will always depend on the Hotels statement afterwords. After having contacted the Hauza Beach, they have stated not to be informed about any complaint logged in by these clients: - The Hotel does not offer Wifi and we do not advertise this. - No complaint made by the clients about the food or the cleanness of the restaurant. - Please check our fact sheet for this Hotel in order to see the information about serving drinks. We hope on your understanding if we say that we are not able to proceed to any refund in this case. Hoping that at least we could help further with this information, With apologies once more and assuring you of our best attention, we remain with our best regards, Customer Service Jumbo Tours I trust that all issues raised have been addressed. In closing, I thank you for taking the time to contact us, and for bringing these important issues to our attention. Yours sincerely,

Basically I spent a night here because after all the awful reviews my family decided to move. As you go into the lobby it absolutely stinks of urine and there is no air con at all. And if you're British you'll just want to cry. After all of that we went to the canteen and there was also no air con. The waiters got us drinks and they do bend over backwards to help but the food isn't nice and it's just too warm to sit in there. After reading the reviews on the assault I found it extremely difficult to sleep and had about an hours sleep. The room had the tiniest amount of aircon and I couldn't sleep either because of that I was sweating. The bathroom is vulgar and their genuinely is ants everywhere. They don't even try and make an effort to clean up so I don't feel bad. The next day we spent the day at the pool and that was the highlight because the pool is absolutely gorgeous and so is the jungle pool. But the hotel is deserted and the resort is a building site. We went the beach and swam with fish. Yes these are lovely things but unfortunately it's not enough when you have to sleep and eat. I'm not the type of person to just be critical because I can be but its a genuine hell hole. I'm so glad I moved.

The food was appalling, there was no variety at all, nothing for children to eat, nothing gets replaced, once it's gone it's gone, if your not one of the first in the dining room then your lucky to eat, if you ask for more food then you have to wait for as long as 20mins some times. There is no water offered at the table, soft drinks were always flat. The hotel ran out of beer for two whole days. We spent a small fortune keep catching taxi's into town to buy food n drinks so that we knew our children had eaten something. Which when you have paid for all inclusive at your hotel is totally unacceptable When I booked this hotel it was advatised as 4star, it advatised having a diving centre which was closed, gym (closed), spa (closed), two a la carte restaurants (closed) and a zoo which was also closed. And the wifi didn't work. I would be very surprised if this hotel would even qualify as a 2star. My son cut his foot open around the jungle pool one day and the "life guard" walk away from him and went litter picking. We complained to anyone who would listen, including the general manager, nobody was interested and just brushed us off. I found most of the staff rude, not sure if they just didn't understand or just didn't want to. It took us two days of constantly asking to get a safe sorted in our room. There was no water in our room, which there was supposed to be on arrival. This is our third time in sharm, and we love it there, had this been our first time we would not be retuning, it compleatly spoiled our holiday. It's the first holiday we've been on where we've all lost weight. Avoid this hotel at all cost, it was such a waste of money.
