I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who arrived back from staying here on 22/7/15. On arrival we were met my the rep and she very quickly tried to sell us the 250 euro wristband that we were strongly recommended not to buy. However, we did manage to get a deal that was cheaper from the same rep that was much better for us which allowed us to the events that we wanted to attend with a free bar, travel etc. We were pleased with the size of our room as it met the requirements of our party. Our room included a large living and dining area, two reasonably sized bedrooms and a basic bathroom. The downside of this was that we were only given two towels between the five of us, one fork, one plate, no pans and no kettle and this was a self catering apartment! We had to pay air conditioning locally which is highly recommended as sleeping without it is unbearable. The pool bars were brilliant offering alcoholic beverages at a cheap price and reasonable snacks. The pool area was basic but clean, the music was repetitive and it was full of people in the 18-30 category. It was in an ideal location as to the left were restaurants and to the right was the strip. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a young persons holiday.

This has to be far by the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. Firstly, we got to the apartment at about half 10 at night and the rep could not even be bothered to show us to out room so one of the cleaners had to do it. Then we got in and we had a look around to find glass on the floor, dry noodles on the worktop, dry blood on the telephone, makeup all over the walls, absolute filth on the side of the bed that looked like it was about to mold. And to top it all off as soon as we turned the air con on ( which we had to pay for separately ) it spat out as what i can only describe as dirt. Then after about an hour a rep came to our room to speak to us so we informed her that we had no toilet paper, hand soap, kettle etc. She said oh i will get you some. we never saw her again. Oh and also the toilet seat was filthy and the shower head was so rusty you could not see where the little holes were. Also there was 4 of us on this holiday and one girl left after 3 days because she could not cope with the state of the room and the fact that we had all paid £500 each for this room and then had to live like this for a week. Overall i would avoid this place like the plague if you don't want to come back with an disease from just sitting on a chair.

52 of my friends went to Napa and stayed in Tsokkos Holiday Apartments, we were thurely disappointed with our experience. We were prepared to pay a bit more money to stay in a nice hotel, unfortunately the hotel had a new and old side (don't be fooled by the images on the website). The old side was what we all stayed in, despite paying the same amount as the new side. When we arrived we were greeted by many cockroaches and annoying reps, despite arriving at 2 in the morning exhausted from our long journey. After paying almost £600 this was just the start of the hotel of horrors. When we got to our rooms to our surprise there was mould on the ceilings, towels, cupboards and the bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty on arrival and weren't changed once throughout our visit, although the hotel claims to have a 5 day maid service which we paid for. On our last day we were blessed with new towels which was a gods send. Along with other problems including broken air con, dirty living, dodgy food, overly priced wifi and a lot of broken facilities. Although the accommodation was a key aspect to our holiday, we managed to have a fantastic week away; but I strongly advise NOT to stay at Tsokkos if visiting Ayia Napa unless you are willing to pay more for less. On the plus side some of the staff were nice and the location of the hotel was ideal; overall we had a great holiday in Ayia Napa but we shan't be returning any time soon.
Nice laid back friendly staff and un-intimidating bouncers, completely unlike our hotel in Malia where we were in constant fear of being beaten up. You get what you pay for its Ayia Napa not Monaco...
Nice laid back friendly staff and un-intimidating bouncers, completely unlike our hotel in Malia where we were in constant fear of being beaten up. You get what you pay for its Ayia Napa not Monaco. The only thing you can order from the pool bar without pooing 6 times a day is a baked potato (it took 3 days to find that out.) Also don't trust any reps or promoters they try to sell you a €250 wristband as soon as you get in, 52 of us had an amazing week without it and they're all really annoying for the whole week.
