Returned after a visit last October. Hotel still good but needs to take care on standards. I cannot fault the service of the staff excellent again. The food quality, variety has slipped and the griddle cooked food often overcooked an dry. The pool has several tiles missing and surrounding tiles grouting loose and coming out and not nice to walk on. Had refurbished room nicer than last time someone needs to snag works as floor coming up where not laid properly, why was not the bathroom ceiling replaced with new lighting. The foliage in the lobby area is starting to overpower the area especially the hanging plants, may be they should get a designer to revamp the whole area to give a new modern look. This should not stop you from going as in great location and standards good and first class staff.

We really enjoyed this hotel whilst we as a family had a week staying here. We have strayed in this hotel before about 16 years ago and it hasnt changed much! The weather on our stay was also fab! Very sunny and hot and nice clear nights (most of the time) We arrived at the hotel at around 9:15, tea ends at 9:30. We had booked half board so should have had tea on arrival, Little did we know that we had no chance to change into the correct dress code, so we missed our tea, however the staff were very helpul and gave us a free meal that we could use at any time through the week. Room: We booked 2 double rooms that overlooked the walkway outside of the hotel. The room was very clean and was very spacious, however we thought that the rooms were in need of an update. The bathroom was clean as well but the shower/bath was poor (not very powerful or clean). There was also a fridge and aircon, however the fridge in one of our rooms didnt open. Staff Service: The staff were very friendly and very good at accommodating our needs, for example giving us a free meal when we missed one. The food: There is a lot of choice of foods, something to please everyone in the family, however by the end of the week (after trying everything in the first few days!) got a bit boring and there was nothing else to try. For breakfast you can get a full english and you can have as much as you want! For the other meals there are choices of meat, salads, chips, pastas, puddings and loads more! Pool área; The 2 pools are surrounded by sunbeds however they are covered with white canopies that dont look very nice! There is a balcony part of the pool area with sunbeds on where you can get the sun all day round. Some people have said that they had to be up at 5&6 o'clock in the morning to get these beds however we managed to go down for breakfast at half 8 and still get good beds. Between 8:30&10:00 the life guards will take off any towels without people on them as people tend to come and leave their towels and then go for breakfast and sometimes not come back until midday! Wifi: The wifi in the hotel is known to be very poor, at the start of the week we could get it in the lobby (slow) but then by the near end, we couldnt get it anywhere at all! Also, one more thing, at night time it tends to be quite noisy as the hotel nearby plays loud music, you can also hear this through the day!

met our expectations and more! This Hotel was ideal. Friendly staff from check in to check out. Clean spacious up-to date rooms. Excellent choice of food in restaurant morning and evening (stayed half board). All the usual toiletries supplied (good quality) and replenished. Very pleasant surroundings in the hotel lobby, like taking a cool walk in a rain forest (minus the rain of course !). Spotlessly clean through out interior, lounge and swimming pool area. Convenient to beach and pedestrian fiendly walkway to other nearby resorts. Middle age/older guets during our stay meant a realxing quiet atmosphere,. Entertainment programme day and night means you can louge all day or take part in orgaanised games or dance the evening away Availed of the option for dinner at sister Very much looking forward to going back this October.
