We have just come back from a 11 nights stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, 7 min walking distance from the nearby La Pinta beach, half an hour from the beautiful Playa del Duke area. We were surprised by the size of the appartament, it was quite big. Lack of an air conditioning was a bit of a struggle and to get a bit of a fresh air we had to keep all the windows and the balcony door opened at all the times. We have had some unwanted and unexpected "strangers" in our appartament - a lizadr that have then dissapearded in our wardrobe and coackroaches in our balcony. We have reported immediately about it to the reception but we did not see any measures to be taken. As we had our coach arriving before 8 am to take us to the airport, there wasn't even any possibility to have a cup coffee. We were advised that we should have lat them know the day before if we wanted to have any drinks or food before the breakfast serving time. The towels were changed only once during our 11 nights stay which we found quit unplesant. Apart from that we think that the food and drinks were really lovely, with lots of variety and options.

Just came back from 10 nights in Tenerife, from reading the reviews I thought I was going to a cockroaches infested hell hole but the hotel wasn’t like that. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean aswell. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and a child and we were given an apartment which had a room with 2 single beds, a kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed. The maids clean the room 5 days a weeks, they do not work on Sunday and Fridays and replaced the towels a few times during out stay but only changed the bed sheets once. There is no air conditioning in the room and if you want a fan you have to pay for it, you may not need it as the evening because quite chilly. There is a T.V in the room but to watch it you have to pay for it, you do get free channels but the only English channel they have is Sky News. The apartment has a safe which will cost you 26 euros but you get 6 euros back. Breakfast is from 8:00-10:00 and it was the same things every morning, there was fruit, yoghurt, fried breakfast and cereal. Lunch was between 13:00-14:30 and dinner 18:30-21:00, there was a lot of food on offer and something for everyone. There is also a pool bar which serves local drinks and snacks like hot dogs and toasties and a bar in the main entertainment are which opens at 18:00, all-inclusive drinks finishes 23:00 but you can have as many drinks as you want. If you are going out on trip and will be missing lunch you cn ask for a packed lunch which you get from reception the next morning. The entertainment needs to be work on, the children disco which was a dvd started at 8:45, they could have some games for the children to play and interact with them more. The beach is 10 min walk away from the hotel, you have to walk down a lot of steps and we only found the lift towards the end of the holiday. You can walk most places, Playa Del Duque is a 25 min walk away and had a market in the area every Thursday and Friday. You can als get a free bus to Siam Mall, Aqualand and Jungle Park.

Villa Adeje Beach is in a great location. A local bus stop is just in front of the hotel so travel to other regions is easy. In front of the hotel is the beginning if the many, many shops. Turn immediately right down what looks like a drive to private houses, for a short cut to the main shopping and beach areas. Adeje is a cliff area so everywhere near the beach is either a steep climb or loads of steps. Delightful walking though! The hotel itself is very clean and bright. Food choices are plentiful with the usual meats fish etc but also themes so Spanish night, Asian night etc. Evening entertainment is varied and not to everyone's taste but one night they had acrobats who were amazingly entertaining and strong! The room.....rooms are large with a nice sized furnished balcony. The TV is payable but we never watch while on hols. There is a separate kitchen with hot plates and fridge. No kettle but you can hire one. The bathroom has an over the bath shower, hair dryer and towels changed daily. We made use of the jacuzzi which you book and have it to yourself. Didn't find the gym...... Outside.......the pools are clean and the astro turf is clean. Plenty of sunbeds so didn't need to hog at 7/8am as some did. The pool bar staff were fast and friendly. Snacks though, were burgers, hotdogs or toasties, however as an all inclusive the lunches were often nicer than dinner and dinner was good! I have been twice to this hotel and would stay again as I have other places in the area I want to visit. I recommend it
