This is such a nice complex in a great spot with a lovely pool. We have just returned from our 2nd trip here. Last year we were aware of the rush for sun beds at 9am and the pack mentality adopted...
Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Mattle Hotel for 7 horrible nights.we are a 22 years old young woman and he's a 23 years old dude that got a horrible stay in the lovely Paris. We arrived in Paris at 6 pm, we came to the bottle and the doors of the hotel was close! Me and my boyfriend waited on the street with our baggage in the middle of the street for nearly 15 minutes. We nocked on the door untile some staff guy comes to the reception dask, pushed some button and the door opens. We asked why was the front door closed and he says that the door is always open and we just made a mistake by not trying to open the door correctl, which was totally a lie! The rooms are old and not very clean, we found an old dirty sock under the bad.. Their is an one charger in the whole room, the hair dryer was broken, the bath is very high and cieling was too short that my boyfriend was struggling to take a shower (he's hight is 1.89). One evening we came back at the hottle, bought on the way some food and snacks and planed to have a nice quiet night in the room. As we are about to eat dinner, we notice that we are missing some of the snacks and coockies, clearly some of the cleaning crew rudely touched out stuff!! Angry and hungry we went down to the reception man for some answers. He told us that he don't know who cleanded the room and "maybe she was just hungry and she took something to eat". I was so angry about his ridiculous answers!! All that he did is to give me a piece of paper to write my complain and to say that the meneger will be here in the morning.. Overall, if you want a nice vacation don't go to this wanna be 3 stars hotel.
We have just returned from 3 weeks here (our 4th time at these apartments). We were in 314 for first 2 weeks and we were somewhat disappointed with the standard of this room. It is very tired...
I stayed here with 7 friends in July, and we found the reception staff to be so horribly rude. They watched us like hawks, always asking direct rude questions when we entered and exited the hotel. I booked and paid for the WIFI which was clearly stated on my booking, but they refused to give me the code raising their voices and pointing aggressively at me when I tried to explain . The rooms we had were big enough, but the bathrooms need looking at, the bathroom roof was leaking and the hairdryer broke. In the 4 bed room, there was only 2 charging sockets which makes it hard when there are 4 camera's and 4 phones each night to be charged. The rooms where quiet, and beds nice enough. Unfortunately the staff had me on edge and I didn't like the thought of being hounded when we got back of an evening. I don't normally complain, but we are 23-28 year old adults and didn't need to be treated like misbehaving children. Apart from this all other locals were lovely and so polite. I love Paris, just not this hotel.
We will be going back to our fave resort in June (4th year running) Really can't recommend it highly enough. We book with Alan Dow who is a pleasure to deal with, so straight forward and great...
My family and I stayed here for three nights, and found it to be clean and quiet, exactly what you would expect from an average priced hotel in central Paris. If you are looking for additional extras, this is not the place for you, however, it has a great location, and there is a metro station close by to access all the major sights. Keep an eye out for the great Mexican restaurant across the road too.
Costa Adeje holiday mean sun, and lots of it! The temperature here doesn't vary too much, with winter lows circa 15 to 20° Celsius, and summer highs nearing 30° Celsius. There's not much rain either, so if you want to get wet, dive into the pool or the warm Atlantic waters!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
