I'm not a fussy person at all ok and really couldn't care what I sleep on or what I eat.but if you have any common sense before you book this hotel for your next holiday please read the following, beautiful hotel wrong location as you have Veronica's strip right under the hotel I came back after a weeks stay with no tan because I was sleeping most of the day as you can't sleep at night? Food was pathetic because if you wasn't German French or Spanish then the only things for yo to eat was chips or salad..... Local drinks not much to chose from if you want extra you have to pay ? What else I did notice was if your by the pool and use the bar when all inclusive they will NOT give u cold bottle water you have to have a cup but you can notice other nationalities having cold bottle water while all inclusive it didn't seem fair and also you cannot get a subbed until 8am that's the hotel rules but I went down before 8 am and the beds are already gone its a joke .... Entertainment in the day by the pool was either fashion shows or excercise equipment in the pool so you can't even go for a dip to cool off if you wanted to ? Is this a 4* hotel ? Never in a million year I have slept an ate in better quality 3* hotels' would I stay here again ? Never ever

I have just arrived home from 10 days at the Sol Tenerife, I had read the trip advisor reviews before going out there and most are pretty accurate. We flew with Jet2 and I've seen people complaining of their transfer time, it was half an hour and we were last drop off - no need to book a private taxi. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly, however it took forever to check in, you have to type in your address in the computer and they even check passports. We had a room with a sea view, stunning scenery but Veronica's was right over the road, the music was banging until at least 3am - it was easy to get used to in the end but I recommend requesting a room in block B, that's the opposite one to Veronica's unless you're going to stay out until early hours. We paid 25€ for the wifi EACH for 7 days, what a rip off! We were on the second floor and it only worked in our bathroom. It didn't even work around the pool. Most of the local bars have free wifi anyway. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun beds however people reserved them so early so if you were any later than 9am you'd be lucky to find one. I saw many people reserving sunbeds and using them for an hour or not coming to the pool until 2/3 in the afternoon, however I did see towels being taken off beds so other people could use them. The security of the hotel was poor, to say it was located right next to the strip there was no one stood outside like I saw at other hotels. Anyone could walk in off the strip. Except from the above, everything else was great. I would recommend this hotel for couples and younger people. If you are out early hours of the morning I would advise not to walk on the seafront, with our balcony looking onto the beach I looked out most nights before bed and each night there were the same gang of people standing away from any lighting (it looked to me like they didn't want to be seen) they were there from about 11 o'clock until anything up to half 4/5.

The hotel itself is fairly standard holiday hotel with nothing of note to differentiate between other Spanish hotels I've stayed in. It's centrally located but suffers from noise from The Strip. The pool never had enough beds and lots should have been in the skip. There didn't seem to be any change in the food at all. However, something went missing from our room during housekeeping and it took 4 separate complaints over 4 days to reception before anyone seemed to want to take us seriously. We were looking for a late check out and due to the theft from the room, was offered this for free. Except on the morning of check out were told we couldn't get a late checkout and needed to be out by 12. Very disappointed.
There's little rain here except for the odd shower in winter, and it's permanently humid: 17° Celsius on average at New Year compared with temperatures in the late 20s° Celsius by the summer apex. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
