We just got back from this hotel yesterday (25/2/15) after a weeks holiday here, where do I start, we went as a family of 6 (4ad/2ch) and had one of their two bedroomed apartments, theses were very spacious and plenty of room for us all, we went all inclusive, but these apartments had a kitchenette too so you could quite easily do self catering too. The food is usually the one thing that lets down an all inclusive hotel,,,,,,,,how wrong was it on this occasion, probably the best all inclusive food to date, a large selection every night and always hot, entertainment was ok considering it wasn't quite peak period, my grandson (2) loved it, so if he was happy, we were too. Bedding was quite firm, but if you like that kind of bedding then your fine. We were out at the time of my girlfriends birthday and had reason to contact the hotel directly, to organise a surprise birthday cake for her, Kim and Geles couldnt have been more helpful and a special thank you to them for organising this for me. Would I go back???? Absolutely right I would. As I said in my headline, best all inclusive to date!!!!

Spent 10 nights mid February - we have 3 young children (age 2, 5 and 7). We has a 2 bedroom apartment - basic but adequate and given its a 3 star rating we were happy with what we got. Balcony was a sun trap and a great shelter from the wind also! Staff very helpful and friendly. Animation team did a great job with the kids - our youngest had his 2nd birthday and Anna and her animation team really made it special and genuinely cared about the kids! Thanks you guys - our kids will remember you all for a long time to come! Your mascot Zoki was a star - I'd suggest you should sell merchandise as you would make a fortune (H10 do this for Daisy). The weather was not the best but nothing the hotel can do about that. Overall great facilities to keep the kids busy - football pitch and volleyball are excellent. More indoor table-tennis would be welcome especially when weather isn't the best. Only real criticism / area for improvement is the lack of a heated swimming pool. They have 5 pools and I woudlnt return again over the winter months unless at least one pool was heated - kids want to swim on their holidays and the pools were too cold for babies and young children in particular. Overall great holiday, met lots of lovely people and lots of facilities with young children due to the school holiday week.

We've just returned home from a weeks stay 18-25 feb 4 adults 2 children I can't praise the place enough. Food was excellent loads to choose from and different every night. Rooms were massive! We had a 2 bedroom appartment and it could sleep up to 7 with our own kitchen area. Entertainment was ok depending on what you like my little boy loved the mini disco. There's plenty to do on site and free! Very clean hotel. The beach was a five minute walk if not less and some lovely shops along the front to view. Would Deffo go back again!
Many people come on holiday to Lanzarote in winter due to it’s renown as a perennially sunny hotspot, with blue skies and winter temperatures averaging around 18° Celsius. It’s the summer peak that the island is famed for though when temperatures soar to around 28° Celsius. If you’re too hot, splash into the pool or get some watersports in on the beach!
