Hotel Playa Bonita is a great hotel in the heart of popular Playa del Inglés, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and sea, and a few minutes from shopping centres Kasbah and Metro.
We wouldn’t really recommend it for families or couples due to its close proximity to Playa del Inglés’s lively bars and clubs, but it’s a great choice for groups of friends looking for a simple, affordable hotel to use as a base on a fun filled holiday.

travelled to the Playa Bonita in February 2015 overall the hotel is very good , the food varied and good and the staff are always cleaning. The food is varied and generally good standard. A joint every day which the chef will cut for you and varies different choices. For me the highight wasthe fresh smoothies for breakfast and soups made from fresh vegetables and blended. the staff are always courteous and friendly and the managers are always wandering around making sure standards are maintained. The downside is this is not a standard hotel, there are four accommadation blocks where the rooms have all been renovated and are very spacious however the entertainment is outside and when we arrived the nights were cold so even with heaters and blankets provide the entertainment was not well supported. when we arrived an upgrade from half board to all inclusive was only 9 euros per night pp so cheaper than that charged by the booking company. Also I was charged for a deluxe room upgrade by the booking company which was a con as the reception staff assured me that every room was exactly the same ie no higher standard rooms. Overall very good standard apart from entertainment.

We have just stayed at the lovely Bonita hotel for 7 days. Wow what a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The room was such a great size, clean and the best I have stayed in. Great selection of food served throughout the day. I really cannot fault anything about this hotel. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. On my first day of arriving I was greeted with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate my birthday this was brought to my room by the lovely Eva who does a wonderful job looking after everyone. She is very friendly and cannot do enough. Thank you to everyone at Playa Bonita for a wonderful stay and to anyone reading the reviews I would highly recommend this hotel to stay. A *****

Just returned from a weeks stay at Hotel Bonita, this was mine and my husbands first time away without the children as now older, the hotel is ideally located with shorts walks to the beach and shops, the hotel was clean and comfy, rooms cleaned and fresh linen daily which is lovely after a hot day and nice shower (which is fab by the way) food lovely with good choices daily, all inclusive was ideal for us food and drink on tap, yum!!!! Only downside was the wifi couldn't stay connected it kept loosing the signal as not strong enough, manage quick fb messages but thats all. Overall it is a lovely hotel and I would definately stay there again......already thinking about next year.

Just Back From Playa Bonita Gran Canaria one week all inclusive staff excellent food very good if not quite hot enough entertainment poor not quite organised and outside in cold at night this point will be better once weather turns hot. Would we stay again yes definitly. Air con warmed room great so I presume it will cool it just as good. great location clean hotel and gardens no complaints Valentine night staff decorated the hotel and put a lot of effort in.
Gran Canaria enjoys year-round warm temperatures and sunshine with very little seasonal variation. Summers are hot and dry while winters are slightly cooler with some showers. Like the rest of the island, Playa del Ingles has year round warm temperatures making it a hugely popular choice during the cold British winter.
