Stayed July 2015. Just recently got back from Broncemar Beach Hotel. When we first arrived we were put in room 366. This was above the restaurant area. It would have been ok but anybody could just walk straight past your appartment and have a good look in. We asked for a transfer and got one the following day. This was much better, even though we had a resident cockroach, who we kept sending out and he kept coming back. The entertainment was shocking. Yes they did work hard, as did all the staff, ( apart from the maids). But if you want to watch a grown man in a nappy and crying like a baby, then it's ok for you. They do also mime quite badly. Other 3 star places that we have stayed have had Thomas Cook reps that sing and dance and also bring in outside entertainment. One of the pools was a little dirty, hence my children didn't go in it. I am led to believe ther is a problem with the filter. The food was ok at breakfast, not too bad at the snack bar and bloody awful at night, unless you went early enough and got the best cuts of meat. Please also note that if the maids come and you are getting dressed. They will not come back later, as in other 3 star places we have stayed. If you want a sunbed then I suggest you sleep on it. Maybe they should be chained up at night and then first come first served. I am pleased to say we met some nice people, who made our hol an enjoyable one. You know who you are and thankyou. This is almost the worst budget hol we have been on. So it's 4 star next year. N.B watch out for the suncare advisor. He is a bit of a Del Boy. A very irritating little man!!!

this was our 2nd visit to Broncemar Beach and again we had a great stay, don't know what people have to complain about really it's only a 3 star and that's what you pay for. The food was plentiful with fresh salmon, king prawns, steaks etc, honestly you would struggle to not like something. The staff were all very accommodating and very hard working, our room was cleaned regularly with clean towels by a lovely lady, can't fault this place, I would definitely return. The only complaint on thinking hard were the animation team, our apartment was right beside their accommodation and they could be very loud at times with quite colourful language.

Where to start !! Fuertevenutura is fantastic, we love it having been 3 times now but unfortunately our recent 2 week stay in July could have soured our relationship. Lovely coloured freshly painted buildings hide the horror of this Hotel. Cockroaches and Ants are having a field day in probably all of the apartments, do not leave any windows or doors open but you then run the risk of being roasted through the night. You can always get fans from reception, another little extra you need to pay for! One of the Swimming Pools was so revolting we had to stop swimming in it, I came home with an Ear infection. When we complained, as did many people, the manager made some excuse about wrong filters and said it would be OK. They cleaned it once the first week and twice the second, no exaggeration it was disgusting. The food, well there was plenty of choice but it really left a lot to be desired! The staff, of which there was far too few, were mono syllabic, unfriendly and quite clearly didn't want to be at the Hotel either. We had to ask reception to make sure the sheets were changed in the room, twice! As seems to be the norm now you have to get up at 3.00 am if you want a sunbed as they are always covered in towels when you get up for breakfast. There is not a lot more I can say other than, a very disappointing experience for my family, nevertheless we made the best of a bad situation.

This is our 4th visit to Broncemar Beach and boy have the standard's changed. The food left an awful lot to be desired the apartment was clean when we arrived but that was the only time behind the front door was a mound of dirt that stayed there for 10days the towels had seen better days and constantly short measured our feet were always dirty from the dirty floor one of the pools looked like soup for 11days until they decided to mend the filter now you only get the bare minimum in your rooms and as for the reps who provide the daily entertainment they need people skills and a bit more imagination because having the same things daily does not encourage participation.Your lifeguard was such a jobsworth that he deemed it necessary to give our sun beds out to other people when we went to lunch on the complex leaving our bags and towels on them we would have eaten by the pool but we're not aloud to bring plates and cutlery by the pool.Lastly a lady fell badly by the lifeguard and he felt that he had to write a report before he could be bothered to even offer to do anything leaving it to the rest of us to go to reception and ask for a Doctor so all in all I think we have had our last holiday here. One last point the waiters and bar staff were all very nice
