We returned on April 8th after 1 week the hotel was really clean the gardens were kept clean with no rubbish any where You are not allowed plates of food around the pool area and this was good because there were no flies etc around the sun beds Are room had great views and the sun on our balcony were block 2 was ideal position note parts of block 1 have no views or are next to the Irish bar next door plenty of selection of food at breakfast and dinner and evening meals My only complaint was at night when kids were running around corridors and riding in the lifts making a lot of noise

The fact that this was our 7th time there speaks for itself! We have nothing but great things to say about the hotel. Staff wonderful and friendly. Nothing ever too much for them. Food fantastic. Bar, restaurant staff great! Reception staff so helpful and always willing to help. Animation team great. From the cleaning ladies to the gardeners they always have a smile and they work so hard. Its home from home for me, my husband and our 7yr old son. We love it and wouldn't go anywhere else :) x Kerry from Edinburgh

I found no problems with the hotel, the complex, the resort overall. The restaurant catered for every taste, plenty to choose from.Look out for The chocolate fountain, not my favourite, but the sweets were lovely. There is a pool bar, which is more like a mini restaurant,if Al,you just help yourself, pasta, burgers, toasties make your own.Endless hot, cold drinks, ice cream, fruit. If HB order from menu not sure if charged to room,or pay as you go,as we were AL. Lots of sunbeds. One heated pool. There are two gates onto the promenade,to the left, takes you to the Marina, where there are seals, which for a fee,you can swim with them.To the right, with take you to a small parade of shops, where you will also see the chipmunk, but there are doves, who flutter in front of you,to get the peanuts, that you have purchased at the little store. If you keep walking, you will reach a shopping centre.Back to hotel I could not fault this hotel, staff friendly, always willing to help, animation team work very hard, evening shows, even though miming are very entertaining. We stayed in February, weather quite dull, windy, when the sun shone it was very hot,yes we got burnt. We went on the island tour, Aloe Vera factory, goat farm, lovely little restaurant for lunch, lace making, gave us a real in sight to the island, history etc.Took the local bus to Carrjarola, think it was on the Tuesday, first major stop is the shopping centre, which we found to be closed,as was the whole town, the bus, continued onto the station, which seemed out of the town,May have been some shops there, but we shall never know.Would I go to Feuterventura again, no,but that hotel, definitely BIG yes.WiFi,register on tablet etc,you get a code, put this in,away you go. The bus station is out of resort,on main road, about 10min walk, and. A bit up hill. There are various shops, restaurants. If you go out hotel, slightly to the right, over road, there are more shops etc. There is a safe in the room, hairdryer. JUST GO YOU,'LL LOVE THIS RESORT.

We recently spent a week at this hotel and had a great time. The airport transfer is only 10 minutes, and although the entire coach was destined for this hotel, check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was ready on arrival and had everything we needed - including a bath which I wasn't expecting. We stayed on a half board basis and never struggled to find something to eat. On our first evening we went to dinner early and some of the food was lukewarm, which I assume was due to it being sat out for a while. We never had this problem again, but always dined at busier times. Breakfast was great - one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had. Bacon, sausages, beans, eggs any way you like, pastries, cereals, fresh juices, fresh and tinned fruit etc. Dinner was not quite as good, but perfectly adequate. We never had a problem finding a sun bed during the day. The pool was nice, although I'm not really a fan of salt water pools. I didn't use it much as the weather was warm, but not too hot, so I didn't feel the usual need to keep jumping in to cool off. It was also quite cold, even though it was being heated. I can imagine that in the winter months it would be too cold to use. The entertainment at the hotel was really good. The animation team all worked really hard and there was always something going on, but never any pressure to join in. My son had never been a fan of kids clubs, but he went every day and was always asking when it would open. Although it looks quite small, it is deceptively spacious and has plenty to keep the little ones entertained, especially the pirate water feature which uses fresh water. The mini disco was pretty standard and the shows were really good. There are several shops and restaurants/cafes near the hotel. The beach is just outside the hotel - we couldn't work out whether any of the sun beds belonged to the hotel or not. There is a small harbour where you can swim with sealions and everywhere is well paved, so suitable for pushchairs, scooters etc. If you are looking for somewhere to go to get away from the UK weather then this is a great option. I don't think I would want to stay here for 2 weeks as the food would get repetitive and it's a quiet island, but for a week or 10 days you can't go far wrong.
Remember that sunscreen on holidays in Caleta de Fuste as Fuerteventura enjoys wonderfully hot weather in the summer, peaking at 30° Celsius in July and August. Due to its location, Caleta de Fuste receives a north-easterly wind that will be welcome if you’re not an avid sun fan! If you feel like heading on holiday to Caleta de Fuste outside of the summer, then the autumn months also enjoy good weather. February enjoys temperatures of around 23° Celsius, so even then you’ll still go home with a good tan!
