Nice room it was open plan bedroom bathroom. No kettle and only a 'chiller' not a proper fridge in room. Ground floor in block 5000, terrace out onto adult pool with own sunbeds. We had the sun from about 2.30pm. Chill out bar didn't provide any local drinks or tea/coffee and had to pay for drinks here. (we were all inclusive) We had to use the Coral snack bar to get drinks during the day. Breakfast ok but no English bacon or sausage. We tried food one evening which was ok but my husband had a burger off the snack bar which made him ill so we were very wary after that. We found a local English bar called The Anchor bar which served home cooked food.. very nice and nice people too. The staff at the hotel were lovely. taxi's averaged 3 to 4 euros. We did ranch visit ourselves as its only a couple of miles away. The area is very nice and mostly flat (if anyone pushing wheel chairs etc)

Very clean ,nice Rooms and comfortable beds. Very well situated near the beach with easy access to main town . Food was good apart from issues with it often being cold and even still frozen on a couple of occasions, afternoon snacks were around one pool and food was exceptionally limited. Animation team was good in daytime but they were also used a majority of the time to provide the evening entertainment shows and though the animation team worked hard the shows needed to be more proffesional and this just looked as though poor entertainment was the preferred option to enable the hotel to cut costs. Agree with other recent reviews that the nighttime entertainment was very poor..the bars were poorly situated and so queues were often hA problem. The theme of continual queuing due to the opening and closing of bars was the same throughout our stay.(First night we arrived were refused all inclusive drinks which we were not made aware of, this early closing was a particular hassle as you needed to pay for drinks after 11pm all week. Late night entertainment was non existent apart from a disco with a few youngsters in with a DJ that refused to play any music apart from what she and her freinds liked.again in the disco you had to purchase expensive drinks. No wonder the disco was always empty. Staff were normally pleasant especially Sammy .Though the reception staff were a little amateurish at times. After stopping in another Sentido in Belek we did expect the same standards ie we were made to pay for a safe and we had to pay a deposit for towels ,we also had to pay for a room mini bar, non of which was not the case in the Belek Sentido, surely the Sentido standards should be uniformed throughout the chain.

Just returned from a pleasant stay in this hotel. My wife and I were with my daughter and her two children aged 6 and 10. We had booked two junior suites through Thomas Cook but on arrival at the hotel we were asked if we would like to be upgraded to a master suite. Before making any decision we were all shown to the suite and then asked if it was suitable. It suited perfectly. A porter then transported all our bags to the room (5 bags ) which was on the third floor. The room had two bedrooms, one onsuite and a seperate bathroom as well as a large lounge. The balcony was large and L shaped so we had sun from sunrise to sunset. There was a table and 4 chairs as well as 4 sunbeds. The concept of the hotel was new and as has been pointed out there is no noise in corridors which can be very annoying at night. Food in the main was good and there was a wide selection to satisfy most peoples appetites. If you were disappointed then you are a very fussy eater. As for a comment that there was no antiseptic gel available to clean your hands before eating please tell me which hotels offer this facility in the uk never mind a 4 star hotel in Spain. The layout of the hotel with different pools suits both children and adults and there always sunbeds available. No having to get up early to put out towels.Towels provided by the hotel are free,15 euro deposit, but this is returned when you produce your receipt at the end of your holiday. Not many hotels provide this facility. All in all our party enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

Just returned from a lovely 5 night stay - husband, self, daughter and her boyfriend. We had a really nice break and stay here but there are a few issues that meant I couldn't give it more than 3 stars. This is a new hotel and the Sentido group are obviously taking on board lots of the comments and changing things to make it better. Staff- all very professional, polite, helpful and very hardworking. There should be more staff at the bars and in the restaurant as there were never enough and the poor staff were rushed off their feet at times which created a rushed and not very relaxed dining experience. Not their fault at all but on a few occasions we we went to get more food from the buffet and came back to an empty table where they had cleared it. Rooms- we had 2 junior suites which were lovely. I had emailed to request the suites in block 5 and this was honoured. Thank you. Rooms very modern, clean, nice showers, shampoo, conditioner etc supplied. 2 TV's. Maid service excellent. We had ground floor rooms and this had the advantage that they were right by the quiet adult pool/ chill out bar and so we were able to sunbath on our balcony. Drinks- we went All Inclusive and the selection of drinks available were really good. They have recently added branded spirits to the All Inclusive - Smirnoff etc. Cocktails a bit sickly as the used pre mixed mixers. Wine- very good and you could order a bottle at meal times. All Incluisve finishes at 11 pm and do think this could be extended to midnight or even 11.30 pm. The lovely chill out bar isn't included on the AI and this is a real shame as the bar is lovely. Maybe they could make more use of this bar and host some themed nights there for AI guests. Food- this is what lets the hotel down especially if you are AI. There are 2 dining rooms- one for adults and one for families. The food selection was ok but not much choice and it is the same for lunch and dinner. We ate out quiet a bit as couldn't face it every day. I think the thing that lets it down is the ambience in the restaurant as it really does feel like a canteen. Maybe at night they should lower the lights and put candles on the tables to make it more appealing to eat in there. Breakfast was very nice but no omelette station. Lunch and dinner the same - limited choice but very nice desserts. Snack bar- open by the pool but food is left out all day in the heat. Didn't eat from the snack bar at all for this reason. There is a Spanish Al a Carte but it not
Lanzarote basks in year-round sunshine and warm temperatures. This Canary Island averages temperatures around 18° Celsius in winter and often rises above 26° Celsius during August's peak season. Soothing Atlantic breezes keep you from getting too hot on holidays in Puerto del Carmen, but don't be deceived; the rays are harmful, so get out the sunscreen and rather than going pink, get tanned!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
