We stayed in room 5011 from the 25 June for a 10 day break ,we stayed here 6 years ago can't be leave its the same hotel we was Al food excellent to much too choose from desserts good too .Has we didn't have any children with us it's a good to have a separate area for adults only to eat ,we did eat in the children's area for the first two days has it was quiet by the weekend it got busy so we eat in the adults area .didn't eat from the snack bar coral has thought some food had been in the sun too long .All the staff work vary hard from the restaurante to the bar staff and cleaners and the Entertainers but could do with more has it gets busier this time of year . Only one fault I could find was only one toast machine in the adults and only one in the family eating area

This hotel seems to be almost brand new, the rooms were very modern and a nice size. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was really good and the balcony was lovely. The food in the restaurant was somewhere between very good and excellent, lots of choice on any individual night and from one night to the next. There were themed nights, Spanish/Canarian and Asian which were both delicious. Breakfast was standard fair for all-inclusive hotels offering the normal mix of cooked/continental breakfast and cereals. We also took advantage of our one night in the Spanish a la carte restaurant, food is free if you are all inclusive but you have to pay for drinks(With a 30% discount) but again the food was excellent and service very good. The bars offered a huge range of drinks to all-inclusive guests; the only annoyance was that the bar next to the main entertainment closed at 10:30pm half an hour before the end of all-inclusive drinks. This was also a pool bar during the day and again slightly annoying that it closed around 4pm even though dinner didn’t open until 6:30pm. There is also a really nice quiet bar for adults near the adults only pool called the Blue Bar. They offer an extra range of drinks and a lovely atmosphere to sit if you are a couple but you do have to pay €5 for the cocktails here. There are 4 pools, 2 are used primarily for kids and one is adults only, the other being used by everyone. It can be difficult to get sunbeds at the adults only pool but at the other pools there was plenty of choice. The animation team were excellent, lots of activities including all the usuals as well as Spanish cooking classes and Spanish lessons. The evening entertainment was brilliant, a mix of professional shows and shows performed by the animation team who themselves seemed like professionals. Overall we had a fantastic stay, the service was exceptional from all staff and you could see a real effort to keep the place clean. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and we would consider staying in a Sentido hotel again.

Just come back after spending a week here. We stayed in room 2015 which was a ground floor room overlooking the childrens splash pool. Rooms are very clean. But no kettle which would be better than the tea/coffee machine that they have in the room. Hotel has a brill location only about 10 mins from the airport. Couple of minutes to the beach and several shops and bars. Kids splash pools are brill. Other pools we found very cold so only used them a couple of times. There are a couple of negative points. Please Please install a soft drinks machine around the children's pool as it is a pain having to go all the way to the other pool just to get cold drinks. Also there is no toilet block around the children's pool which again is a complete pain. Also we had the pool table directly outside our room which is fine during the day but not so nice in the early hours of the morning when drunk parents decided they wanted to play it, so maybe removing the cues at 10/11pm so that people don't have to listen to it when they are trying to sleep. Overall its a great hotel in a great location but with a few little tweaks around the childrens pool it would improve. So please try and take note of people comments as it would help people so much to enjoy there time away.

Overall we had a great holiday, the entertainment was amazing in the evenings, the reps were so lovely and would get you involved in all sorts of activities, we ate our selves silly with the huge variety of food choices, the place itself was just what we expected but there was a bazaar rule. When we arrived we were told that in the buffet restaurant men have to wear trousers, but women can wear what they want. This was just weird, my partner didn't bring trousers with him because who does when they're going to a hot country on holiday and we hadn't been told about this rule in advance. He ended up having to borrow some staff trousers which weren't his size, but in the end he decided to only wear them for dinner because it seemed that most others had started doing that too. Another thing was that our room never went below 25 degrees, even when we put the air conditioning onto 10 degrees! At the start of the week it was pretty breezy so we just had our balcony door open to let some cool air in but by the end of the week the wind was calm and it was sweltering in our room.
Lanzarote basks in year-round sunshine and warm temperatures. This Canary Island averages temperatures around 18° Celsius in winter and often rises above 26° Celsius during August's peak season. Soothing Atlantic breezes keep you from getting too hot on holidays in Puerto del Carmen, but don't be deceived; the rays are harmful, so get out the sunscreen and rather than going pink, get tanned!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
