Just home after a week away at Los Zocos Club Resort. Couldn't really fault it at all. I had stayed here many years ago with my family and remember having a great holiday so really hoped this year would be the same. The reception staff were very helpful, large spacious room, great entertainment team. The only bit I have to complain about was the variety of food in the restaurant. There was not much variation day after day (although could always find something to eat), although that might be what you get from a 3* hotel?! Other than that we had a great holiday and would look at returning.

Had a lovely time at Los Zocos. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. In fact all staff were happy and made an effort to welcome us each time we went into the restaurant or the bars. Two bedroom, clean, spacious apartment with good facilities, fridge cooker, micro, kettle tv. The beds were comfy enough. Sun terrace was a great place to chill out and was a proper little sun trap. There are two separate pools, very nice and well laid out but both way to cold to spend much time in them, lots of loungers to go around. The maintenance team work very hard keeping the place tidy. The meals were pretty good and there was always plenty on offer, the deserts are not up to much but they were not awful. Los Zocos is in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and a 10-15 min walk to the main square. Overall I thought a heated pool and a lick of paint in the apartment were the only faults i could find. Would return and would recommend others to try it.

Had a wonderful relaxing time at Los Zocos. Excellent customer service, smiley happy staff who made us feel special. Great facilities, clean apartment with private balcony, well tended grounds, activity pools as well as quiet pools, good food with lots of choice, and cheap upgrade to branded drinks. Handy for shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. We'd go back again.

We stayed in this hotel in January on an all inclusive basis. There were three couples. We asked to be located in a quiet part of the complex and they hotel staff did just that and we were all together too. It seems to be a good complex for families. We didn't use the pool area as it wasn't warm enough however there seems to be ample space, activities and pools to keep everyone satisfied. The rooms were fine. I liked the separate kitchen area. We had a good sized patio. We only ate in the Mirador Resturant. The food was good however we had to use the microwave on occasions to heat up our soup. This was our only grumble. We didn't care too much for the entertainment in the Disco Bar and tended to use the Boulevard. The hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket adjacent to the main entrance. Other shops are close by. You are about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea and beaches and about 20 mins to Peublo Marinero with its many bars and restaurants. The bus stop for the Teguise Market and to go to Puerto del Carmen is right outside of the hotel. Perfect. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a good hotel.
Many people come on holiday to Lanzarote in winter due to it’s renown as a perennially sunny hotspot, with blue skies and winter temperatures averaging around 18° Celsius. It’s the summer peak that the island is famed for though when temperatures soar to around 28° Celsius. If you’re too hot, splash into the pool or get some watersports in on the beach!
