Overview
Hotel Playa Bonita is a great hotel in the heart of popular Playa del Inglés, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and sea, and a few minutes from shopping centres Kasbah and Metro.
We wouldn’t really recommend it for families or couples due to its close proximity to Playa del Inglés’s lively bars and clubs, but it’s a great choice for groups of friends looking for a simple, affordable hotel to use as a base on a fun filled holiday.

Just returned from a weeks stay at Hotel Bonita, this was mine and my husbands first time away without the children as now older, the hotel is ideally located with shorts walks to the beach and shops, the hotel was clean and comfy, rooms cleaned and fresh linen daily which is lovely after a hot day and nice shower (which is fab by the way) food lovely with good choices daily, all inclusive was ideal for us food and drink on tap, yum!!!! Only downside was the wifi couldn't stay connected it kept loosing the signal as not strong enough, manage quick fb messages but thats all. Overall it is a lovely hotel and I would definately stay there again......already thinking about next year.

Just Back From Playa Bonita Gran Canaria one week all inclusive staff excellent food very good if not quite hot enough entertainment poor not quite organised and outside in cold at night this point will be better once weather turns hot. Would we stay again yes definitly. Air con warmed room great so I presume it will cool it just as good. great location clean hotel and gardens no complaints Valentine night staff decorated the hotel and put a lot of effort in.

We left this good hotel yesterday, PROS: Our room was big, airy, very clean. It had best lightning that I have seen in hotels and best mirror. AC was silent. We liked the bed and the pillow. Our room was cleaned every day and with care. It was very silent, so we slept really well. Big warmed swimming pool. Short walk to the seapromenade. All included worked well for us, easy to eat healthy if one wants. Lots of things to choose, not "fine dining" but good. All the staff is friendly and helpful I WONDERED: There is a safetybox in the room but you have pay to use it, 2,50 euros a day (plus 10 euros deposit for the key). Usually safetybox is free and so it should be at Playa Bonita too. PROBLEMS: The free WiFi is too slow for even emails. Faster is 10 euros for a week, 15 euros for two devices. We had iPad airs with us and fighted the whole week with the Wifi. It could take two days that we could not read emails. If the net (paid) was working it was not fast but fast enough. It dropped all the time even when it we could contact it. In the end of the week we found that it worked little better at the balcony and better inside with our phones than iPads. Tablets have worked in other hotels without problems. SHOULD I COME again. Definetely if the Wifi is working. That is important for us.
