I think everything you wanted in a hotel near the beach is accommodated within the hotel complex itself. Room: Very spacious, clean with balcony overlooking the pool. Fridge and TV included. Hair dryer tucked away in the chest draw. No iron or ironing board provided. Safe is provided but chargeable for the duration. At the end of the stay, you get 10 Euros back. Hotel: Superb and very spacious – clean and well kept. Plants could do with a uplift. Dining area & food: Fantastic – always something for everyone, lots of variety. Pools: Fantastic – for adults as well as for children. Towels are not provided free of charge. So, take your own or hire them per day. Hot tubs – few around the pool area – one of the best features of this hotel. Wellness centre – woh! – this is the best we have seen. So much to do, i.e. dead sea pool, hot tubs, water features, sauna and much much more. If we ever go back, then this would be the single best thing that this hotel will attract us to it. Staff: very friendly and very helpful. Bars: few doted around the pool and inside – great. Entertainment for kids: good. Internet – wireless available throughout the hotel - free, no matter where you are, it has a good connection. There is an internet café also that you can use. Gym: well-equipped and tucked away in the corner. We loved this, as we used it everyday. Beach: 10 to 15 minutes’ walk . Hotel provides a shuttle to and back from the beach daily at set times. Live band – great around the pool area. Games room – this is chargeable – really it should be free. Lunch for away trips: Hotel does not provide this, if you book your own i.e. not via the hotel. So if you are all inclusive there is no picnic bag provided. I think they need to change this policy as all the hotels we stayed in, do provide this. Car park: Frankly speaking, this is awful – it is so bad that you can spend few hours finding a space to park. We hired a car, and found it very frustrating every time we went out. There is very limited in house parking and the cars which are parked there seem to all belong to the staff members. This is the worst part of this hotel, so be aware if you are hiring a car. We missed lunch times, because we could not find a place to park, if we did, it was about 20 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Good for couples as well as for families. Roof top solarium and nudist area, if you are in this sort of thing.

Absolutely loved the holiday. Just got back from a two week holiday at Eugenia Victoria, all of the staff are lovely, the rooms are amazing, everything about the hotel is just great, there is plenty to do for everyone, always entertainment all day long!! The food is great, there is always something for everyone and you never go hungry as it is there for you to get all day long. The hotel is gorgeous, this was the second time visiting the hotel and I would definitely go back again!!

I'll start with the good points of this hotel, the room was clean enough and very spacious. The bathroom towels were changed daily and are of a good quality. All staff seemed friendly and helpful enough and never had to wait too long to get served at any bar. One lady in the restaurant was very efficient when it came to serving drinks, she would be pouring drinks whilst taking the next order. The facilities at the hotel were all of a good standard, especially the vital wellness centre. The lady that worked in there behind the desk was lovely. The roof top area to the hotel was a nice feature. The crazy golf course was good for all ages and there was also a gym that looked good if you like that sort of thing. One bonus to the hotel was free wi-fi. Now the poor points. The food was very repetitive, didn't really cater for the English and was a rather poor quality. The restaurant was extremely warm and full of flies, there were no fly zappers around the restaurant and every time I had to look through the plates, knives and forks for clean ones. It was like Piccadilly Circus in the restaurant when trying to get food, there was no order as certain nationalities don't know how to queue up, they push in. I think the best meal was the 'Special Meal' upon arrival, as we were about the only people in the restaurant, so there was no pushing for food. There was an outdoor eating area in the daytime, however this would attract a lot of pigeons. They would fly onto tables and chairs where people were and had been eating. Twice I saw pigeons empty the contents their bowels on people. The pigeons would also go behind the bar of the self service drink area. There was also chicken served daily outside, I avoided it though as the hygiene was something to be desired for. Their chicken oven glove looked like it hadn't been washed since 1972. The entertainment was even more repetitive than the food. There were two forms of night time entertainment, watching a drag queen mime to songs or listening to a couple sing songs sounding like they are fresh from the Eurovision Song Contest. There was sometimes a third form of entertainment at night and that was watching people have their Special Meal in the restaurant.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel, when we entered the reception staff were very nice and friendly that told you everything you needed to know. My room was on the 4th floor with a really good view lf the pool! All staff very friendly. We was particulary worried about the food as my daughter is quite fussy but there was nothing to worry about. Lovely food with a big choice for each meal. Waitresses always come round collecting plates cups and more tp clear your table as you go. Food outside in the terrace for lunch is amazing! You can order whatever you want, pizzas, half cooked chicken, steak on a hot stone the list just continues. The room was lovely really big and spacious with a balcony, only downside was no air comditioning had ceiling fans but yiu couldn't really feel the air off them. Bathrooms lovely with a big shower! The pool is amazing too, however people get up really early to put towels on sunbeds, we went to put ours on at about half 7 am and we were struggling to find some! But there is plenty. The staff in the pool bar are always the most friendliest ans happiest people, always smiling and laughing and try there hardest to serve you as fast as possible. There is a supermarket just around the corner aswell and a 15 minute walk to beach but there is a bus that comes every hour. There is also a lot of english people, more than i expected! Mostly dutch people. Wifi was great too expected it to be really slow but it was really fast and could get it everywhere in the hotel and outside. The underground wellness centre is beautiful! So relaxing. I truely reccommend this hotel as it is amazing and the best holiday ive been on so far!
