Well first I have to say that I am a bit surprised with some comments I read before booking this Hotel, nevertheless I booked because I also like to make my own judgment and so I booked two Junior Suite Rooms for 7 days all inclusive for me and my family (4 in total). Before reaching the Hotel I was afraid that it could be a bad choice due to some comments but ….. well after 7 lovely days in this 4 star Hotel I can only say that some people are very very stupid when they make comments …. I could not find a single negative point for this great Hotel. Starting with the rooms/suites …. In one word …. impeccable …. lots of space, good furniture, and very well cleaned … and so many thanks to the cleaning ladies that let both rooms tidy every day. The restaurant and the bar is also excellent ….. you have a lot of different choices of food with good flavors and most of all a nice and friendly attendance thanks to the waiters Ricardo, Adolfo, Paco, Maria, Nayra and Delia …. to them a big Thank You from me, my wife and daughters. (Hope they can read this) …… There is only one message that I would like to leave to the owner of this Hotel ….. “Please get some more waiters because the ones you have are not enough especially during lunch and dinner time …. It is not because the ones you have are bad …. no not at all …. I could see them work like hell ….. sweating due to the heat and always “running” around with a happy and friendly face in order to please all the guests.” To end ….. this Hotel can be sure that if I can …. I will return no doubt about it. Thanks to all employees.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and multilingual. Pool brilliant. 5 minute taxi into Maspolomas. Food good for a 4 star hotel. No complaints whatsoever. An excellent place for couples and families as it was peaceful and plenty of activities to do in the day and night in and around Maspalomas.

I stayed at the resort early June, I arrived in the early ouur an was greeted by Pedro on reception who couldnt be more helpful checking me in and getting to my spacious and stylish juniour suite. It had two batios and was perfect for my needs. In the morning it was a short walk to the beach and pool side resturant and bar. I would strongly advise to opt for all inclusive as there was a huge varriety of breakfast food to eat in or outside by the poo. The service is very profectional and the staff are very friendly and look very smart. The pools are very clean and not to deep so the water was a good temperature to get into for a quick cool down. Julia the Bar lady was lovely very helpful and friendly! The suite was cleaned beautifully every lunch time. The evening meal and the poolside BBQ was very impessive. There was quite alot of children but there's a brilliant girl called Lucy who speaks good english and gets the children playing ball games ceeping them occupied so you can enjoy laying on the very comfotable adjustable sunloungers. The only thing is u have to get up early to get one because people put there towels down to reserve them, when it clearly states in the rooms not to do that. This is a gated resort so very safe and reception is open 24 hours. Thankyou Jardin Darado for a wonderful holiday! Simon 😆

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week early July 2015 as a very last minute holiday. We had an amazing week, with the hotel having some positive and negative points. The hotel grounds are really lovely, it's spacious so you don't feel on top of everyone else staying there and it's just generally very quiet and peaceful. The room is a good size, although the bed is two singles pushed together, there's still plenty of space. When we first arrived our air-con wasn't working at all, we reported it to reception and someone fixed it straight away. However it was then coming out warm, so we asked reception again, who were extremely helpful and friendly and they fixed it so it came out cold. (Personally it still wasn't as powerful as we'd like it as at night you couldn't feel it at all, but we might just be fussy). We paid for the safe, although everything seemed secure anyway, 2.50 euros per day. The pool was quite big with plenty of sunbeds, but not enough umbrellas, which I wouldn't normally bother with but as the temperature were hitting high 30s, we ended up sitting on the grass under some trees for some shade. My boyfriend and I are early risers, we'd put our towels down on a sun bed at 8am, go for breakfast and be back on them at 8:30 (so we literally left them there for half an hour before most people had got up). This was fine for the first half of the holiday however it was like they changed the rules half way through as about 4/5 days in, one of the pool staff took our towels off the sunbed and gave them to us whilst shouting in Spanish. Another couple we spoke to, he just took their towels/lilos and put them in reception without telling them. I understand that some don't like people that reserve beds if they leave towels there for hours, but we would be back on them within 30 minutes. If we had been told of this 'rule' at the beginning of the holiday, and they had been consistent with it, then obviously we wouldn't have bothered. The food is good, nothing amazing, I suppose you get what you pay for. There was always a great selection and variety for all meals, however there wasn't much difference between lunch and dinner. The drinks are typical for an all-inclusive, check the menu just in case as some cocktails and drinks were added to a tab on your room. One problem for us was that the pool bar didn't open until eleven, so if you're early risers like us then you could be sitting in the sun for one or two hours without a drink. As others have stated, it is understaffed, sometimes the bar would be left unattended so you could be queuing in the heat for a drink. The hotel itself isn't really near much, but it doesn't take long to get to other places. We visited Maspalomas beach one day which was lovely, 7.50 euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the whole day. We also went for a few evenings out which I would recommend as there's some lovely restaurants/shops to look around, there's also an outdoor sunset cinema which was fun! We wanted to do some excursions however we're a young couple and didn't take loads of money and the trips were adding up quite a bit. Overall, we had a really lovely holiday, especially considering we booked it five days before! I would recommend the hotel as the only cons were quite small and it was the perfect quiet, relaxing break we needed.
