Recently returned from one week holiday at this hotel...some things are fine, some not. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there seems to be not enough of them to handle with the number...
I stayed here as part of a tour so had no choice in choosing this hotel. This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. It smells disgusting in some of the rooms (mine was ok) and reception also has a strange smell. I couldnt use the pillows provided so had to sleep on my own neck pillow. One of the slats of a bed in another room broke as soon as one of our travellers sat down. The elevator was due for an upgrade 50 years ago and one person on my tour saw a cockroach at breakfast. That is not the worst of it. We decided to take the stairs up to our room but once we reached the 3rd floor, the stairs became a construction site. Tools, building equipment and rubble all over the floor and the stairwell was blocked by a ladder. This is totally unacceptable; even for a budget hotel. In the event of a fire, it would be nearly impossible to get down without injury. I would only recommend this hotel if there isn't a spare doorway to sleep in outside. It was a nightmare.
We have just come back from staying at this hotel for ten days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team work very hard and don't bother you if you don't want to get...
We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights stay in this hotel. The rooms are very small and not so clean. Breakfast is really very bad. Wi-fi offered for use of 1 hour per day. But it is only accessible in reception area. Wont recommend to stay in this hotel !
This was our second time in Fuerteventura and we really need to avoid going in January or February, too cold to enjoy the beach or pools at this time of year, an average of about 18 degrees and...
Worst place I have ever stayed. Rude staff, dirty and outdated. No a/c (told) Italian Law (?) 1 of staff sneezed over breakfast and then again and blew snot out of nose - NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, seriously NASTY !! How this place is a 3 star is beyond belief - maybe -3 would be more on the mark. We didn't even sleep in the bed but stripped off the cover and (nasty) blanket, laid on the sheep covered with towels (which did seem clean) The bathroom literally, you could sit on the throne, brush your teeth and take a shower all in one - it was that small. Hotel not in good area, and doesn't look at all like the pictures advertised! There was water damage in the ceiling and walls, TV stand was broken - no phone line - just nasty
I always say I will write a review of this place but never get round to it, however after our THIRD stay 3 January's in a row here goes an overall review.. I would highly recommend this hotel to...
Altough the staff at the reception ,Monica, was very helpfull, i must warn visitors about the very low class of this hotel. Please choose something else. Really. You will be disappointed by any standard. Rooms are small, beds are small there is not even enough light.
Remember that sunscreen on holidays in Caleta de Fuste as Fuerteventura enjoys wonderfully hot weather in the summer, peaking at 30° Celsius in July and August. Due to its location, Caleta de Fuste receives a north-easterly wind that will be welcome if you’re not an avid sun fan! If you feel like heading on holiday to Caleta de Fuste outside of the summer, then the autumn months also enjoy good weather. February enjoys temperatures of around 23° Celsius, so even then you’ll still go home with a good tan!
