The hotel is pretty much what you would expect from a large beach side hotel, and when I say beach side it really is just at the bottom of the garden. A very well maintained pool is also available along with mini golf, bars and of course restaurants. We didn't have all inclusive although it is available preferring instead to eat out at the many restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was of a good standard although the coffee could have been better. The accommodation was very clean and of a good size with a decent balcony, all rooms have a pool or sea view. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels etc changed. Tv is available in the room with itv and BBC channels. A great location!

Cant really find much fault with the hotel, very friendly, helpful staff, very clean and the gardens around the hotel were perfect, there was always somebody cleaning or tidy up. The bedrooms were quite large with the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in at a hotel, so so comfy. The only thing that I personally can fault the room on was the washbasin area which was outside the toilet/shower/bathroom, I think it would have been better to make the bathroom bigger and include it there, but that is just my personal opinion. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, just a shame we couldn't use them as the weather wasn't very good, very chilly and cloudy most of the week, but then that was out of the hotels hands. We did manage to get to the pool on the last day in the sun and although there were areas where you could sit under shade, there were no umberellas, not sure if this was because of the season or because the area is very windy. This may not apply in the height of summer. The food in the restaurant was good, mostly the same every day, but there was quite a bit of choice so no too much of a problem. The entertainment at night was very good and the shows were fabulous, thoroughly enjoyed them. Well done.

Second time to this hotel and cant believe how it has gone downhill. The good points first, The beds are so comfy, and the actual room is ok, but the bathroom is VERY tired.English channels on TV which was much appreciated as the weather was not too good and didnt venture far in the evenings. Bad points. The cleaner did not once wipe the floor over, the sheets did not get changed once (there was a card left on bed to ask if we wanted sheets changed on 3 rd night or every other, we opted for 3rd nights as one change is enough in a week. We reported to the reps that the toilet was dirty on arrival, it was still the same when we left, also reported that the bedside table drawer was full of midges and they were also on dresser, nothing done about that either, but they were no bother to us we just kept wiping them away. The corridors were not cleaned once in the week we were there. The restuarant is a nightmare, stuff dropped on floor and not cleaned up, food was cold most of the time, glad we were only half board and not all inclusive. We used the Spa as weather not too good, I always thought this was free to hotel users but not the case, 12 euroes for 2 hours, I asked if there was indoor swimming pools and I was told yes 3 or 4, when we got in there were no swimming pools indoor they were just small pools with different water temperatures in each, so very disappointed about that, the outdoor one as the hotel ones, were too cold to use. I was really looking fwd to returning, but very disappointed. Must be popular though as the hotel was very busy.

We stayed here from 28th January for 2 weeks and we found this hotel to be very good apart from 2 incidents which dropped the rating to four stars. When we arrived our room was not ready but we received a free drink at the bar which was a nice touch by the hotel. The first problem occurred when my wife slipped and fell over outside the lifts on the lower ground floor on a wet floor (She was not hurt badly hurt). I immediately reported this fall to reception so that they could clean the wet floor but over two hours later it had not been cleared up. Also despite giving reception our room number no attempt was made to check if my wife was ok. The next morning during breakfast my wife took one of the small cakes and when eating it she found a small piece of plastic tape in the cake again I took it to one of the restaurant team managers who apologized and took it to the kitchen, I felt that this complaint was not taken seriously. We found that the staff throughout the hotel were polite and helpful. The 5 course romantic meal was a great night out with plenty of wine and good food and we felt it was good value for money and a pleasant change from the main restaurant. The main restaurant was very good with a great selection of food but by the end of our 2 weeks we had got a bit bored with eating in the restaurant, I think that this was down to the noise levels as the number of people staying had increased. We mainly sunbathed on the beach as it was sheltered from the wind and we only sat by the pool on our last day. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
Remember that sunscreen on holidays in Caleta de Fuste as Fuerteventura enjoys wonderfully hot weather in the summer, peaking at 30° Celsius in July and August. Due to its location, Caleta de Fuste receives a north-easterly wind that will be welcome if you’re not an avid sun fan! If you feel like heading on holiday to Caleta de Fuste outside of the summer, then the autumn months also enjoy good weather. February enjoys temperatures of around 23° Celsius, so even then you’ll still go home with a good tan!
