Stayed here in 2014 and myself and more importantly my kids loved every minute of their stay. First time in ages that I felt my stay was too short at a hotel. Kids club was fantastic and made my kids feel special. Other guests kids were also very friendly towards all children within the kids club, the staff obviously teach the kids to respect each other when they are under their care. Looking forward to returning in 2016 as are my kids.

this was a fanstasic holiday for me and my girlfriend, we wanted a nice relaxing holiday away from everything and got it with this hotel. the hotel and the rooms were very clean and tidy even for the size of the complex. the food was of a good standard with a lot of variety and good selection for fussy eaters. the pool area had plenty of space to sit and relax either in shade or in the open sun, with two large pools and a childrens pool to relax around. the pools are salt water so be prepared but you get use to it very quickly. one of the pools is heated but even the other is not too bad. the restaurant is self service and we were there all inclusive so drinks were waiter service at dinner time. the food was always replensihed regularly and cooked to a good standard, lots of different themes running throughout the week. the deserts were a bit to be desired but that only because there was no jam roly poly and custard lol. the entertainment team work tirelessly all day and evening, welcoming people to dinner, games throughout the day and shows in the evening, we were particularly impressed with there rendition of Cats. lots of cocktails are included in the all inclusive and water is alwasy available. there is free wifi which works well in hotel reception and around the pool in places so dont bother paying just sit in reception to check messages, emails, facebook etc... will definatley be going back for a longer time as was only there a week and looking to get it booked up as i type this out, loved the entire trip, thank you to all the staff for there

We have just returned from 2 weeks AI in this hotel. I travelled with my husband, and 2 small children. The hotel is big (which i knew before I went). I was happy with the room, plenty big enough for 3 beds and a cot space. You have a bathroom with normal and rain shower over a bath, and a separate dressing area, which was really useful, esp during bath time. We also had a lovely view of the kids area, pool and beach to the side which we did not pay extra for. I read reviews about the food being 'cold' before we went but the food in the main resturant was great. A good selection, and never had a cold meal, although did eat mostly from the carved meat and fish stations which were great. Pretty poor selection of desert though. Breakfast was also good, british sausages and the 'omlet station' were our fav's. We had lunch most of the time in the Aloe snack bar next to the pool, and this food was not hot, unless you were lucky enough to be there as they were serving - this does need improving. The pool areas were clean, and the big pool by the aloe bar was slightly heated, which was great esp if there was cold wind. The pools were very popular, and this was one of the things that i did not like about this holiday. The are rows and rows of sunlonugers, with no space in between. Be prepared to have people sunbathe very close to you as there is no room to spare. This is true around all of the pools. There are a line of sunbeds around the baby pool, with no shade, and then a few unbrellas behind this. You would have to squeeze through to get into the pool at times. I did not like this, as used to more privacy. I undertsand that there will be others sunbathing around you, but people were squeezing around one umbrella (behind, infront, by the side) because the just wasnt enough. This did let it down for me. The staff were excellent, everywhere we went, pleasant, happy and polite. Always saying 'Hello' even the cleaners. The animation team were fantastic and the family shows were funny and entertaining. My 3 year old loved the mini disco and the shows at night! The resort is not as nice as the resorts down south (Jandia is much much nicer), and whilst the promande/harbour was nice to walk along, I was really let down by the beach. Very rocky, could not go in the sea without shoes. If you like a beach holiday, go down south of the island to morro Jable/Janda as they have amazing white sandy beaches. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and had a good time, but probably would not go again as would prefer a smaller hotel (apparantly this is the biggest on the island) and a better resort.

I visited this hotel on 25th June until 2nd July all inclusive. After our early flight my daughter and I arrived at midday, checked in and got to our superior room and unpacked by 1pm . We had a brilliant relaxing holiday . I have read a couple of the lastest reviews and can't understand why these people are so negative however as they say you can't please everyone. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is amazing with lots of choice, be prepared to gain a few pounds . The main pool at the pool bar is busy with different games going on and there was music but I never felt it was too loud at any point . You can choose to sit at the other pool which is quieter though. We never once got up to reserve a sunbed and we got two at the pool every morning around 10.30am , the hotel has a policy not to reserve but it does happen, definately harder for beds under parasols as they must go early. We never heard any noise at night and we were in block 2, room 2130 which was a great room . Room cleaned daily, fresh towels etc. Bathrobes and slippers are a nice touch. The beds are super comfy , best ever for a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly, polite and happy to be there. I travel quite a bit and have stayed in other 4 star hotels and this one is definately up at the top for me. All in all a brilliant holiday, loved this hotel and would definately be back when back in the resort NB I didn't stay in a ground floor room with Jacuzzi they did look nice and with blinds for privacy , however there are no blinds on the roof area therefore people staying above you could look down into that area. Please don't be put off with a couple of bad reviews, enjoy your holiday and if you need Company I will be more than happy to come .
Remember that sunscreen on holidays in Caleta de Fuste as Fuerteventura enjoys wonderfully hot weather in the summer, peaking at 30° Celsius in July and August. Due to its location, Caleta de Fuste receives a north-easterly wind that will be welcome if you’re not an avid sun fan! If you feel like heading on holiday to Caleta de Fuste outside of the summer, then the autumn months also enjoy good weather. February enjoys temperatures of around 23° Celsius, so even then you’ll still go home with a good tan!
