Fabulous hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone. Rooms clean and spacious. All inclusive buffet to an extremely high standard. Immaculate gardens and stunning views. Saltwater pool made a lovely change. If I had to make one observation, I would of liked tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

We had a lovely family week's stay at this hotel..in fact our 3rd stay here. the staff are excellent..the restaurants are very good with amazing service..in particular the waitress Flore & Alonso were so lovely. We did think that the entertainment finished rather early in fact the lounge bar had no music at all one evening.

This is our third visit and again very good,, nothing was ever too much of a problem. Hotel is spotless and massive in size, good pools and gate next to beach. Only negative thing was asked for Superior Priority Location room and was given two single beds pushed together, asked for that to be rectified but never happened. Rooms are not 5 star, clean but more 3 or 4 star.

this hotel exceeded all expectations. the food was great, accommodation spotless and well positioned to take advantage of Playa Del Duque and Caletta for the nice restaurants. I was there with my wife and a 7yr & 4yr old kids who both had an absolute ball mainly due to the top drawer kids club. This is run by the Entertainment team who do a fantastic job both during the day and the evening. the evening shows they put on are to a very high standard which my kids also loved. The food in the hotel is very good with excellent service. I was bed and breakfast but ate almost every lunchtime at the hotel and a few evening meals. What i really liked about the hotel was the facility to go all inclusive for a particular day instead of a full week so you could have the best of both worlds. I had effectively 2 apartments with adjoining doors which was brilliant as they kids effectively had their own room and bathroom. i've saw reports that they rooms looked a bit dated which we never really noticed and was more than made up by the fact that the rooms where spotless and cleaned everyday. the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and if you are up early enough you'll understand why. From very early morning there is an army of cleaners who blitz the hotel before breakfast. In terms of locations the place is brilliant as you effectively turn right into the plush and modern beach area of Playa Del Duque with La Caletta less than 6 euros away in a taxi. Turn left then you are into Playa La Fanabe which is a bit more in line with what you would expect in a Spanish resort. Continue walking for 20 mins/30mins south and you will enter Blackpool in the sun. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the family and i'm almost certain i'll return here for a week either in the Easter or October holidays. An excellent hotel with brilliant staff and full deserving of its rating
