We booked through Roberto Gomaz ...tenerife apartment rentals....our apartment was lovely...very comfortable...washing machine etc. The pool area is lovely..but parasols were scarce enough.....Can't offer an opinion on the food as we went self catering ... There was little entertainment but we were ok with that...most entertainment on hols are not that great anyway.....I will be back to this complex as it is in a superb location ...and would only go self catering ...so I would recommend booking with Roberto...excellent value for the 2 weeks that we were away

Where do I start , we booked our holiday with Thomas cook and our flight was delayed by roughly 1hr so it was midnight when we arrived at compostela.at reception we were told our apartment was over there in block 1 , after walking around for 20 mins and still not reaching our destination , extremely tired tempers were starting to flare! We had to get a gaurd to take us to our room who himself had to phone reception to find out where it was . The rooms were basic but clean except our toilet smelt horrid ,the maids did do a good job on the days they came. . We're we're fully inclusive and this wasn't a cheap holiday . The food was only just edible , breakfast was ok as you can't go far wrong except the eggs were cold every day . We only ate lunch here once as lunch and supper was pretty horrid ! Waitress were lovely . Basic drinks were included the rest you had to pay for even the slush puppies for the children . The bar staff were very grumpy especially one girl . We are not big drinkers but very annoying when you ask time andtime again for a large coke and you get a Small one . The children hated asking for drinks .Very poor entertainment nothing worth sitting in and watching .pool queues were taking in every evening around 8.30 when the children were actually having a fun game . Wi fi is not free .on departure weighing your suitcase cost 1 euro every time you put your case on the scales and then there was a fight in reception with half a dozen young yobs , children and families witnessing it with children crying . Beware there is building works going on right out side this hotel so your transfer can not drop you outside , we were told our coach would collect us outside another hotel which we walked up to . This was completely incorrect information and we nearly missed our lift to the air port . Plane was late boarding and then we sat for 2 hrs on the run way with a technical problem . The +'s of this holiday were, the hotel was in amazing place you walked out of the Back gate on to the beach and out of the front door on to the main stream of amazing restaurants , bars and designer shops . The pool area was nice here , I think I would only consider this hotel if you went self catering and want somewhere very quiet to relax .i have to add our last fully exclusive holiday (2 years ago ) we had knocked spots off this place !

Our family holiday was great! The hotel was excellent, staff were exceptional, very polite, friendly & helpful. Great choice of food, drinks & snacks in the all inclusive option which we chose. Ice creams too! the pool area great for adults & kids alike. Very close to the beach,in fact very close to everywhere! The Siam park inclusion was perfect for our teenagers, us too! Would definitely stay here again, despite being no air con! once the balcony doors were open it wasn't a problem at all.

Currently on my last day on my holiday and i can't wait to get home. Before i discuss my faults with the hotel would like to add that the Barmen are the best I've ever come across, cleaners very nice and hotel sanity is very good. But the hotel 'entertainment' is very very poor. Half hour a night for 4 nights with i think is unacceptable. The food is also very poor, i have stayed all inclusive and have had to spend over €250 on going out to eat because it really is that poor. I had to make a serious complaint about my pregnant partner being served pink turkey which as a professional chef myself i know is lethal as I'm sure you all do to. The waitress admitted is wasn't cook with was blatant but then questioned me to say oh why didn't she look to obviously i said it should be cooked. When she told the chef he just laughed with i presume his sous chef obviously then i was outraged and told a receptionist, throughout this i was offered no apology to the fact my pregnant partner has consumed a un cooked piece of poultry apart from the barman who was also outraged. I haven't had a good nights sleep whilst staying at the hotel due to no air conditioning at all and have had to resort to sleeping on the mattress on the floor in living room with after paying the amount i have i just feel embarrassed about. I would say also don't book with thomas cook to go here due to the rep never being here i have saw her once in 10 days but also appreciate this isn't the hotels fault.
