Basically with this hotel you get what you pay for!! we have just returned from a week at this hotel and I have to say on the whole I couldn't really complain, yes the rooms were hot (you are in Teneriffe in the height of summer) and yes some of the amenities were a bit dated but you are not paying for 5* so don't expect it. the food was ok - with fussy kids the constant supply of chips and salad was perfect, you are in a hotel catering for a couple of hundred people, dont expect Gormet! Definitely a hotel aimed at younger family as there really was no entertainment or anything to keep teenagers entertained past 21.00 - just some background music in the bar would have been something! One really negative point was the lack of staff on the bar, we had to double up on every round otherwise you would have spent half the evening at the bar waiting! Also I noticed that the restaurant staff in particular were FAR more attentive to those who were NOT on all inclusive..... I guess thats who they make their tips from etc but I would expect the same level of service for all. Lack of Wifi is going to be an issue for most - in this day and age its not acceptable. The pool & public areas were spotless, the room was clean and ok, could do with some more ventilation in the bathrooms but we managed.

was told that this hotel was ok as i had requested no steps as i am disabled and was told there was a lift but the lift was on 1st floor upwards.so there is no choice but to use steps to get to all amenities [no lift] 18 steps no good for disabled people, on arrival we booked in march but they had no one with our name for room so were given a room what was left over there was a ramp over the oppisite side of hotel but you cannot get a wheelchair up it as it was too steep and even then there is still steps. no sleep due to buliding works starting drilling 7.30 every morning ,room had bath with overhead shower no safety bars to assist so i could not get in to have a shower cockroaches in rooms, paid for siam park but could not go cause long queing but was not told so lost moneys paying in advance should not have been sold these tickets, reception attitude bad some more than others food repetetive.no entertainment only for kids at 7 nothing to do for teens on site only to play pool but shut pool table down at 9 oclock on the dot,1st and 2nd night was to to shut up by a security guy with trunction at 11.45 and go to our rooms then threatened with police was only chatting to another family was not rowdy only had 2 drinks cause it shuts 11.30 0n the dot it took 1 hour to get served as only 1 bar staff the no fans for room for hire room was terrible dated, the only good thing was the location it was worst holiday i have had in my life mr j welch from wales,

staff were good staff in bar and restaurant great working long hour but still also managed to smile, food was quite repetitive, evening entertainment if you can call it that was for about 1hr whilst yr eating your meal, pool cues were removed at 21:30 and also told by security guards you could no longer use table tennis table as it make to much noise, security guard was also heavy handed using inappropriate method of restraint to a teenage member of my group holding him by the throat at 1 point, when he return to my room I went to question this at reception to be told to speak with the manager in the morning .on speaking to the manager in the morning she was not at all interested, threatening to have our group thrown out whilst I was speaking with our rep, thus this making us feel uneasy for the rest of our stay, We would certainly not return or recommend this poorly managed hotel.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is excellent. A stones throw away from a variety of different restaurants, bars, designer and local shops as well as the beach and the bus stop for Siam Park (a MUST visit!!!!!!) The hotel itself is bigger than expected from the photos and on arrival despite only being told where our room was by the reception staff (who we're always very pleasant), the security guy offered to show us to our room. The pool was both warm and large but as other reviews claim, lilo's are not allowed (although rings and small balls are) and you have to claim your sunbed early (around 8am) in order to secure one (or again around 4ish). There's also a pool and table tennis table as well as kids club just beside the pool. Our room was very clean with the lovely cleaner coming everyday but Wednesday and Sunday as was the rest of the hotel. The layout was a living room (including a sofa bed) and kitchen downstairs alongside the TV (with English channels) and balcony and a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space (including a safe - which cost 30 euro to rent for two weeks) as well as the toilet/bathroom upstairs. I wouldn't recommend staying here all inclusive - not because the food was bad (as we didn't try it) but because there are plenty of restaurants around and at a cheap rate. For example, breakfast was no more than 4 euro including a drink (Buzz Bar). Overall, we had a fantastic time in Tenerife and would definitely go back and stay here again. For a good meal - Corinto (on the beach and also has free wifi), Scampi's (just by the beach) and Buzz Bar (next door to Scampi's). Of course, the Hard Rock Cafe too! (to the left of the hotel) Cheap cigarettes & perfume - past the hard rock cafe on the left on the corner. £16 for 200 Mayfair! Supermarket/shops - cheap supermarket to the left of the hotel and then on the right besides mini golf and on the other side of the road works as you leave the hotel (which is nowhere near as annoying as people put on here) to the right is the cheapest Zara ever (heaven). SIAM PARK!!!! AMAZING DAY OUT!!!!!!!!! And the food there is not too expensive at approx. 25 euro for food and drink maximum.
