Nicely located near both beach and shopping. Room and pools were clean and maintained. But all very standard. Nothing here that will excite you. But then again, not anything that will disappoint...
We really liked staying in that part of the city, the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, the service is outstanding, Mikaela and Helena are really nice, breakfast is very good and with a very nice ambiance. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
Stayed here as a family of 4 in June 2014. The accommodation is basic but for the price was as expected. Minimal kitchen facilities, comfy bed and somewhere to sit during the day for the teeny amount...
We have just returned from our three day break in Prague staying at the hotel at the green grape, a delightful small hotel all aspects of the hotel from the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and breakfast were all exceptional, lots of attention to detail and some really nice touches to make for a most pleasant stay, you will not be disappointed.
Hotel is in a perfect location steps away from beach and located on the end of the busy strip of playa de las Americas. There are lots of shops and restaurants on your door step. Rooms are very basic...
This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic, quiet, tucked-away location at the base of the hill up to the castle, and only a 10 minute slow walk from the Charles Bridge. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and reputable tour companies. There was a good selection at breakfast each morning, and the food was still fairly fresh at 10am. We had a deluxe room and it was immaculately clean, very spacious, with beamed ceiling, good sized bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed - I think I slept better here than I do at home! My only bad experience was some noisy guests in the neighbouring room chatting at 5am one night, but that's not the fault of the hotel. All in all a lovely, romantic and comfortable hotel, and if return to Prague I would probably stay here again.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week. Rooms are very basic, but thats ok for the price we paid. Although could be cleaner. The food they served was average. The only advantage was its...
pros: Outstanding service by receptionists from tour registration to providing us with excellent recommendations and very accurate information about the city. Excellent and diverse breakfast cons: Due to bad WiFi signal in our room, we had to get down to the lobby whenever we needed the internet Due to the fact that the hotel is located in an old building it contained no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite difficult. The hotel is relatively far from tram and metro.
There's little rain here except for the odd shower in winter, and it's permanently humid: 17° Celsius on average at New Year compared with temperatures in the late 20s° Celsius by the summer apex. The water temperature is also constantly warm, and fresh Atlantic breezes stave off any oppressive heat.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
