We stayed here 28th May - 11th June, myself my husband and our two year old daughter and had a lovely holiday. Our room was spacious and well equiped with a balcony that looked over the activity pool. There are four pools altogether but none of them are heated which is a shame as even tho it gets really hot the water is still freezing. The hotel is in a good location for the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are all friendly espescially Annie from the reastaurant and pool bar she is always happy and smiling and she always made a fuss over my daughter. The food was always nice and a good selection even for my husband who is a fussy eater. They have sangria/wine/lager/pop/water on tap in the restaurant so you can help yourself during dinner which is a nice touch. They have a disco for the kids in the evening followed by different acts every night or you can have a quite drink in the boulovard bar which you access next to reception, you can also eat in here which we found nice as its alot quieter. The hotel is really clean especially the grounds which are well maintained. We went on a trip to Teguise market but booked it at the tour shop over the road from hotel, there alot cheaper and excactly the same trip. There is a swap box in reception which we found really useful. Would definately come again as its a lovely family orrientated hotel.

This was a very late booking we were meant to go to Tunisia the day after the horror on the beach in Sousse, never been to lanzarote b4 we stayed from 28th June 5th July check in was quick n easy we stayed in room 3206 good view of swimming pool. The rooms were cleaned 5 days a week not very well, the pool and outside areas tho very clean, the shower kept going really cold then really hot so keep an eye on it if your have kids. There a few places to eat to eat the main restaurant where u can have breakfast lunch n dinner there is pool bar where there are snacks and a ship restaurant where you can have dinner they serve the same food in both but the ship is better it looks more like a restaurant and there is a itailian restaurant in there as well. The food is good much like the food you get at home. Sunbeds are locked at night and don't get unlocked till 9.15am pool opens at 10 and there is a lifeguard on duty all day. There are shops bars and restaurants 5mins walk away and they are very cheap. Could not tell you what the entertment was like at night dos we went out at night, we went all inc but you can upgrade if you not, they have TV in the room but you have to pay exter for it and pay for wifi, there is a small part near the pool where you can get free wifi. All in all we had a good time it is very windy and had to buy some pegs from the shop to keep towels on sunbed. We would go back.

First trip to Lanzarote but we were not impressed with Los Zocos Club Resort Our rooms were basic and clean with good views over pool and gardens. Our towels were changed regularly but I think it is time to change your very shabby towels. It was our first all inclusive trip and we were not impressed with the food the food was usually cool and very repetitive did not suit us.There was 3 pools and plenty of sun loungers but you should put some sun chairs too not everyone likes to lie in the sun.My 2 nieces attended kids club and really enjoyed it.the pool bars could also use some better seating 2 of our group fell off the wooden seats as they had no backs on them (and neither one had taken a drink at the time) Entertainment in Aquamarina was more for the kids.El Boulevard more suitable for us we only had entertainment twice in a fortnight.this complex will suit young families but did not suit us

Many people come on holiday to Lanzarote in winter due to it’s renown as a perennially sunny hotspot, with blue skies and winter temperatures averaging around 18° Celsius. It’s the summer peak that the island is famed for though when temperatures soar to around 28° Celsius. If you’re too hot, splash into the pool or get some watersports in on the beach!
