Great family holiday, hotel clean and spotless.. Friendly and helpful staff throughout and always pleasant Would absolutely recommend and go there again. Our children loved this hotel too with only a short walk away from the beach but far enough away to be away from any noise or disturbance. Truly loved it.

What can I say about this amazing hotel... So much but I will keep it concise. We spend a week here from 17th August 2015 and had an amazing time. The hotel is not to big so you feel welcomed wherever your go. We arrived after midnight and had a very smooth check in with cold water in our room ( we had a basic appt) all the rooms are an appt not just a room and come fully equipped with everything you could need. The bathrooms could do with an update but we were advised during our stay that they are being refurbished this winter. They were spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. The hotel itself is fantastic for children and have a variety of sllides and pools to suit all ages including an adults pool and jacuzzi which we didnt get to try as we had a 2 year old. He loved the pool area and was kept amused during the day, they also have a play area with a trampoline and bouncy castle although it was too hot to use during our holiday. The mini club is from 4 and looked fantastic. We spoke to others who had used it and said that it was brilliant. Lots of great activities for the children to do, they even took them on and excursion. The mini disco at 8 was excellent and catered for all ages, out nearly 3 year old loved it and the characters when they dressed up especially BUFO. On to the food, we were all inclusive and were so glad we were as it was the best all inclusive we ever had, amazing from start to finish. I never ate a single chip during the whole week, the choice was endless. The chefs were brilliant, and so happy and proud of their cooking. There is also a very good selection for children. The wine was great and also a good selection of all inclusive drinks and ice-creams. There was rarely a queue in the restaurant or at the bar. The staff were fabulous and I will mention the ones that stood out for us although they were all friendly and did their jobs with a smile on their faces always happy to help they were Michelle at reception, Mariano, Tote, Pepe, Tony, Sergio, and Freddy. The entertainment was very good with a show on at 9:15 every night after the disco, the ABBA tribute was amazing as was the WHAT A NIGHT SHOW, Myself or my husband could not fault the hotel and we are so sad to have to return home after a great and memorable holiday. If we would of stayed for 2 weeks we would return the size of a house due to the fabulous food which is a credit to the chefs whose names I did not get. If you are looking for a reasonably priced holiday, this is the place for you, yes it is slightly more expensive that other 4 star all inclusive but so worth it. Thank you once again VIVA PALMANOVA...

This was our first holiday abroad with the family. We had a brilliant time. The children enjoyed the kids club. The staff where fantastic and worked really hard. The food was totally amazing with lots of choice even for fussy eaters. This hotel catered for everyone's needs and worked very hard to create a clean fun filled environment for everyone.

We had a privilege room which was ground floor with a garden, sun beds and a hammock, the pool was a stones throw away which was brilliant for the kids. The hotel itself is immaculate and smells so clean and fresh, they clean your rooms everyday apart from Wednesday's. They also provide pool towels which can be changed every other day which is a great help. There is a park, trampoline and bouncy castle all free of charge. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and polite, when we got there it was early hours of the morning and they had us a bottle of water, biscuits and a robe and slippers. When we left we kept our room on for only 26 Euros up until 5.00pm which was a massive help. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is lovely. The only downside was the bar prices, it was quite expensive so I would suggest paying the extra for all inclusive, we went self catering and I wish we had gone all inclusive. The T.V in the room had all our English channels, itv, itv2 and various movie channels, CITV and Boomerang for the kids which was good, I've never had ITV in a hotel before. I would recommend this hotel to both families and couples as there is an 18+ pool with double Bali beds and a jacuzzi for couples with no kids. I found that sun beds wasn't a problem, usually there's a scramble for sun beds but no matter what time we went out there was always plenty of beds which was great, I can't stand the sun bed dash, it drives me mad and you become as barmy as everyone else by getting up at the crack of dawn to get a bed but honestly,no need in this hotel. Go there, it's amazing,
