I've just come back from holiday in magaluf and stayed in this hotel. Was abit worried about the reviews but still stayed in this hotel anyways. First impression was not great at all waited 2 hours just to check in!!! In the 30 degrees weather waiting on the stairs they did not even offer us a drink. Reps then took us to our room who was convincing us to buy these wrist bands for 200 euro we said no which he wasn't happy about and we didn't see the reps after that as we didn't want to buy these. Wifi is also ridiculous they shouldn't advertise something that doesn't work!!! Next thing onto the food, the food isn't great mostly cold and not a big option for the big hotel what we was staying in. Didn't each much and didn't make the most of all inclusive. Drinks was ridiculous the cups was way to small and was limited to 2 drinks per person. The vodka machine was way to slow and was massive ques just to get a drink. Hotel is very dirty inside even tho the cleaners are lovely! Other than all of this we did have a great holiday if I was to come back it wouldn't be in this hotel it's good for people that just want somewhere to crash.

Didn't know what to expect for a girls holiday, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly reps! Taken to our room by Deanna(escapades rep) who was lovely and sold us the mcp wristbands which saved us loads of money! The rest of the week we dealt with Becky P and Beth(both 18-30reps) who were both very friendly and couldn't do enough for us! ((Beth fell asleep)) The hotel staff are all great, clean rooms everyday, wide variety of food available throughout the day and great poolside entertainment! Only been back half a day and already got Maya blues and want to be back out there!! BIG REUNION GET AT ME!!!!!

After reading many bad reviews, me & my friend, both 21 were a bit worried about what we should expect. The room was spacious, clean (a little dated however some of the rooms had been done up) but we couldn't complain. Our shower was a little temperamental but this is the only thing we could fault in the room. We had to pay 50euros each on arrival for a deposit (do not lose your receipt) and then as we wanted a safe there was a 5euro deposit for this also. Wifi... Well there is free wifi in the reception area and for a week for wifi by pool & rooms it is 18euros.. it was pretty rubbish, we usually found the best spots on the stair ways. There are loads of places to go for a drink or food with free wifi if you are that bothered though. Staff: if you are pleasant to them, they are pleasant to you - SIMPLE. i can see why people slated them, but when you see some of the morons they have to deal with you see why! Food & Drink: There is always plenty of food to chose from, even for us fussy eaters! We never went hungry. Breakfast was decent every morning! English sausages, variety of eggs plus more... not what you typically get on an all inclusive, so worth getting up for! Drinks are all self serve which we found very good! The alcohols limited but that was expected..in the evenings there is always a big cue for drinks so some nights we just bought a cheap couple of bottles from the shops. We never found an issue getting sunbeds, however we were always up by 9 so would suggest getting up that little bit earlier to avoid disappointment. they do not allow inflatables in the pool as they say it is not big enough which we saw a shame but the pool does get very busy so we saw their point. Location: it is right at the end of the strip up a little hill (which seems really long and steep after a night out!) but there's loads of the little shortcuts you can take, we found it perfect location. There is the entertainment team who do games and stuff in the day, e.g. archery, beer pong, darts etc. we never watched the evening entertainment but there was something on all the nights we stayed. Noise: We read loads of moaning reviews saying it is too noisy.. well, we didn't have this problem at all? All in all a great holiday and would definitely go back!

I thought this hotel was brill value for money, staff were always friendly and polite the only thing I will say about the hotel is the 18-30 reps were rude and constantly looked like they were hungover and couldn't be bothered to do there job, one of the reps hounded me and my friend to buy a mcp wristband for 235 euros which was a absolute rip off because this didn't even include a free bar with these deals!!! After about half an hour we told her no and she asked if she could walk down the bank with us nothing but rudeness and no people skills she stormed out the room and didn't speak to us the whole holiday after she was supposed to be our rep, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT BUY OF THESE REPS!! Besides that the pool was always kept clean and tidy and the all inclusive drinks bar is good would just suggest that they get more than one drinks machine, met some lovely people from this hotel, lovely atmosphere (except the reps) food was average but it's only a 3 star don't know what people expect, would recommend this hotel to anyone would deffo stay there again and is close to everything you need for a perfect holiday :)
As expected in Majorca, the summer months are the best but are also the busiest. The temperatures usually reach their zenith above 30° Celsius, whereas temperatures in the autumn and winter months are typically half that. Bring suitable clothing in the winter, just in case there is some unexpected rainfall or a cloudy day. If you are going on holidays to Magaluf in July or August make sure you pack plenty of sun scream!
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
