Hi Guys, I am the Manager of the Queens Bar opposite Club Mac, and i hear mixed reports. On the whole good. Some people are a tad fussy. But id not recommend coming to Club Mac if you have kids over the age of 10, there is nothing really for them to do. Somewhere like Club Bellevue, Mariners or Sea Club would be a much better fit. Club Mac is a huge complex and quite hectic, You do get entry to the Water Park for free which is a nice bonus. The Food and Drink is All Inclusive so you get what youd expect, They are catering for 4000-6000 People, dont expect awesome food each day. You have to pay for your TV Remote, Channels, and a tray to buy drinks from the bar all little add ons. If you do decide to come to Alcudia you wont be disappointed, its a beautiful place that can be as relaxed or as mad as you want it too be. Feel free to pop over into the Queens, We have the best stocked bar in Alcudia and all produce is UK from PG Tips too Heinz beans and HP Sauce, Were well priced and ill point you in the right direction while your over here. Even if you dont come in my Bar please feel free to pop in and ask if you need any help while your here Have a Great Holiday guys

We had a great holiday. Firstly it was a great price. Secondly, my kids were happy. Admittedly this is not somewhere my husband and I would go for a couples holiday. It isn't about relaxation and fine dining. But our kids are 2 and 4 and they loved it. They had pancakes for breakfast, then a trip to the beach. Back for lunch, a nap and afternoon by the dragon pool. We had a late dinner by their standards i.e. 8 instead of 5, then walked round the lake, had a bounce on the bouncy castle, maybe watched one of the shows then back for bed after 10. The dragon pool was shallow enough that we could sit on a sun lounger and take shifts to supervise them. It was 3 star so it wasn't luxurious but the family room was great, included wifi, a small fridge, 2 televisions. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a free bus to and from the beach, the water park was onsite more or less and the ting ting train stopped outside. My kids loved it and the fact they were happy made our holiday much more relaxing. There were a lot of drunken parents late on, we finished about 10 and avoided most of this. I would like it if club Mac enforced their policy of no smoking around the kids pools, you have signs up but they are ignored. It was my biggest issue. Also the blues brothers act swore, not something I want my kids to hear. I appreciate it was an evening show but you are a family hotel and should warn your acts that swearing isn't appropriate.

Stayed her with my husband and two girls 7 @ 3. On the 11th june.was very nervous from reading all the reviews.cheak in was no more that 5 mins.but we arrive a 12 midnight. Food was lovely always something nice and lots of choice.we never qued to get it as we was there at 8 for breakfast and 6 for tea as that's what time we eat at home. Drinks was not watered down as lots of people keep saying.and yes they were in plastic cups, witch is good as wouldn't want my kids to stand on broken glass if one was dropped.pool were cold and not heated, my girls loved them, but my littlest when blue alot as so cold.we stayed in saturno hotel it was lovely. we looked out over the water park, was quite every night and slept well.yes adults let the kids run down the coradoors and scream, and yes there was a few chavy family, but get that anywhere you go.aldudia it's self is beautiful, beach is lovely and would deffo come back to alcudia again.but would not return to club mac as we have decided to go self catering next holiday. Can't comment on kids club as my kids didn't want to go. Fun fare at the hotel was fab my oldest loved the trampolines. Thanks for a great holiday club mac

went at the end of june 2015 for 7 nights as a family of four plus the inlaws and we all had a brilliant time. we stayed in the Jupiter hotel and it was always spotless and the staff was very helpful. its got 9 pools to chose from and all sorts of other things on site which the kids would love. our kids never joined in in there day time activities as they just love to spend all day in the pool. I did hear the other kids say they had a good time though. food was good and plenty to choose from. entertainment was good at night, but a couple of nights we didn't like what was on, but that's just down to what you like.all in all we all loved our holiday at clubmac and would go back to this hotel if we go back to alcudia in near future
No need for warm clothes on holidays in Alcudia! In the summer you can expect hot, dry weather with temperatures regularly reaching 30° Celsius and above. The delightful sea breeze will keep hot days from becoming unpleasant so that when you are relaxing on the beach all you need is sun cream and a cool drink and you're good to go.
If you're not too fond of the sun, you would be best visiting Alcudia in the winter months as it is quite mild. However, you should be aware that Majorca does experience some irregular rainfall in the winter period.
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
