My husband & I stayed at this complex with our 2 children - 4 & 2 years old & we all had a fantastic fun holiday. I know there has been mixed reviews - but generally positive & of course it depends on what you are looking for but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & could not speak highly enough about our experience there. We would definitely return! The facilities were amazing - splash park, 2 fantastic pools for our children to swim in, kids club - with friendly, helpful staff & a beautiful beach - very child friendly, due to the sea being so shallow - less than 10 mins walk. What more could you ask for as a family? Our children were thoroughly entertained & loved this place. 2 months on & they are still asking 'when we can go back'!? The staff were so helpful, really friendly & unbelievably welcoming. We wish we were back there!! The entertainments team made our holiday & we have come home, downloaded most of the childrens songs & dance to them most evenings! (Although its not quite the same!) The buffet food suited us perfectly too, lots of variety & the children loved that they could choose what they were eating (within reason!) It felt like a real holiday for me too as I didn't need to think about dinners/cook & clean!! The apartment was basic - this is the only reason I've not given 5 stars - but it was clean & comfortable & did the job! We had a lovely view of the second pool too & it was so quiet where we were located. When we arrived, our toilet seat was broken - we reported it & it was sorted - with a brand new toilet seat - within a couple of hours. It was a special holiday for us, as the last holiday we could go outside of school holidays, as our eldest daughter starts school in September & it really was a holiday to remember. We got a fantastic deal & we are so happy we chose this fantastic, fun resort! We loved every minute!

Accommodation was functional and clean, although it would have been nice to have had more effective air-conditioning in the room - it just pushed warm air. It was at the top of the hill, but at least it was keeping me fit, if not the kids tired. TV in room was all Spanish channels - I could live with this, but most other places I had been to had acccess to come English speaking channels. The beds were hard but actually quite comfy. The splash park was fantastic - the kids absolutely loved it - it was on par with the size of the splash park at Alton Towers if you know what I am talking about. The pool was overcrowded, not too clean, and the tiled floor of the toddlers pool very greasy with suncream causing quite a few to slip. The beach was okay (bit seaweedy) but if you walked an extra couple of hundred metres there was an absolutely beautiful beach. The most disappointing aspect of the trip was the food and restaurant. The temperatures in the restaurant were unbearable which caused most of the food to be the same temperature. We were having icecreams out of the freezer with the texture of warm mousse, the milk in the morning was so warm the kids didn't want it on their breakfast, a lot of the "hot" food had already cooled down. It was chaos in the restaurant - it was badly arranged - not enough plates, dishes, cutlery. For example dishes were nowhere near the puddings - you really had to hunt them down. These bad arrangements caused chaos of people stressfully cutting across each other constantly. The food was mostly below average - I think Thursdays food was the best, the other days weren't good enough for our liking - we ate out a couple of times to have a less stressful evening with better food. The entertainment was okay, the staff were mostly lovely but I did notice that staff generally favoured Spanish over other nationalities in "queues". I never once managed to get the "free" wi-fi working, so I eneded up paying 3 euros at a time for half-hour of a wired connection.

Spent 10 days here with my husband and 3 children end of July. Had a lovely holiday. Good points: all the staff are amazing, from the entertainers to the bar staff, so hard working and accommodating, all do an amazing job. Bad points: majority of rooms could do with a spruce up, a lot uphill walking to the rooms, pool wasn't very clean, busy times sunbed shortage & restaurant like a cattle market which made meal times a chore not enjoyable. Good variety of food but 10 days is along time for buffet style with only 1 restaurant. No snacks available outside of the meal times and bar shuts at 10.30pm. Amazing for kids and none stop things going on for them. Location not suitable if you aren't all inclusive. Bedding & towels changed daily. Wouldn't go back but purely because of the location & we realised all inclusive isn't for us. Can't stress how amazing all the staff are though.
