After being messed about by our tour operator we arrived at Viva Menorca not knowing what to expect. It was great from the first moment until the minute we left. The facilities were excellent for our family... Parents, grandparents and three young children. The rooms were well maintained, very clean and reasonably spacious. The pools were super. Our grandchildren loved the "pirate slash pool" and the little ones enjoyed the small round pool. We all loved the big pool. We were always able to get enough sun beds and snacks, ice creams and drinks were excellent and readily available. I've saved the best til last! The restaurant! The best food I've ever eaten on a package holiday, with massive choice for all. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of fish on offer. Congratulations to all of the catering staff on an excellent job!

We spent the last week in July & 1st week in August at Viva Menorca. The rooms are large and good air con, the food is excellent, especially the lunchtime pool restaurant, the all inclusive drinks are excellent, International Brands, like Baileys, most importantly the weather & climate was fabulous. What sets this hotel apart is the staff, Manuel the manager, David in the bar, David in the restaurant, to name just a few, but they are all superb. The children's club staff were so nice to my daughter, made her feel welcome & very special. Monica I would like to have brought home to work for me! I even did a night deputising as Bufo in the show.... Sonia who seemed to be there most of the time in the restaurant & bar was lovely with our whole family in 2014. What a genuinely nice person, so hard working, caring and made such a difference with our one year old son, who is SO shy. He loved her & we loved her.... I have never met such a super person in all our years of travelling! The entertainment is not amazing, the rooms are a little tired and of course there is ants, it's Menorca for goodness sake. You will not be disappointed if you take your family to this hotel & resort. Choca, choca, choca, chocolate! BRAVO Viva Menorca x

Firstly this hotel deserves the highest praise for providing accommodation for a disabled traveller that is accessible. The adapted room was comfortable and well thought out. We holidayed at this complex as a family of five adults and two children 1st-8th August 2015. The two other apartments used were comfortable and clean. From the outset the staff were excellent, warm, friendly and they smiled a lot. Their helpfulness made our holiday very enjoyable and any request for help or support treated in a courteous manner. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping staff kept them so all week. On arrival the check in process was easy, quick and a very nice touch of water and fruit in the room was welcoming. Food good and restaurant staff very cheerful and helpful. Our grandchildren enjoyed both pools however were not persuaded to join the childrens club. Have to say the evening entertainment left a lot to be desired but provided some great chuckles at the temerity of the performers. All inclusive I am happy to say was great value for money. Although a couple of supermarkets were nearby it was a 10 - 15 minute walk to the resort. My disabled husband had a terrible time trying to manoeuvre his electric wheelchair outside the complex because of the poor state of pavements. This is nothing unusual for Spain. All in all we had a great holiday, weather very hot, pool very refreshing, all inclusive drinks a real bonus. Would we return, not year on year and I suspect once the children hit 10/11 they may find it less interesting. Well done Viva Menorca.

We have just returned from a two week stay and have had a great holiday. The food was the best we have ever experienced on an all inclusive holiday . Our apartment was well furnished ,clean with very efficient air conditioning. The apartments aren't that big and would be a bit cramped if you have two children but to be honest you only really sleep there. I would say this hotel is very much geared towards younger children ,there were few older teenagers. The entertainment team work very hard but the activities aren't that well promoted - you have to be on the ball or you miss them! The evening shows range from the very very good to really poor.(miming to Disney songs whilst prancing about in princess costumes had to be the worst) All the staff seemed genuinely happy and all were lovely. The only reason we won't return is because our son is older.
