We stayed here for 10 nights all inclusive during August 2015. We booked a double room but we were given a suite which had a lounge, two twin rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen was not set up to be used which was fine as we had not booked self catering. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had fresh towels. The bedding was not changed whilst we were there but the beds were made for us each day. The maids were lovely and very friendly and I am sure if I had asked for clean bedding they would have sorted some out for me. The pool is salt water and lovely and cool perfect in the hot weather. Myself and my children swam in it everyday and it seemed in a good state of repair. The food was good they always had chips, salad, pasta and rolls alongside various other dishes. They did serve a lot of liver and chicken but the stews were really tasty but I saw lots of people turning thier noses up to these dishes without even trying them. It was great that my kids could try lots of different foods to what we normally have at home. All of the staff were friendly and polite especially to my children. The animal show for the children in the evening was very funny and the children got to touch the animals. Porto Christo is fantastic the water is clear and warm and the shops had lots of nice gifts to buy. I would recommend catching the tourist train to the other beaches in the area as they are beautiful with beachside restaurants and bars. The caves were also interesting we did the first visit in the morning 10am before the coaches arrived and this meant that we did not have to que. We also went on a boat trip from Porto Christo this was worth the money and a nice way to see the coast again we went early to avoid the crowds. We also brought from the fishing shop in the town small fishing sets they cost around 3euro and we fished with bread in the marina which was teaming with fish. We had a fantastic holiday and would stay here again.

Went to this hotel this month just as a cheap last minute getaway.... Shouldn't have bothered. Strongly recommend nobody to go here. At £600 per person for 6 nights it was just a spur of the moment thing but a waste of money. Stayed here only 1 nights and then insisted on moving somewhere else or go home. We did move thAnkfully. Food is inedible hotel run down and shabby not at all in any way shape or form no way near even decent. Not worth a pound. Steer clear

This is a 2 Star Hotel so don't expect comfort. We (Couple) stayed here for 1 week in July 2015.Just a few pointers for future Guests. Air Con is available at a charge. It cost us 15 euro for the week which I felt was a reasonable fee.Rooms very basic and clean. Cleaners came daily, made the bed, no clean sheets in the week we were there. Towels seemed to be changed every other day. Bathroom did not have a hairdryer but I could hire one for free at reception by leaving a deposit of 20 euro which was refunded when I returned it. Over the week I spoke to 3 different Staff Members at Reception and all had poor English. Our room was on the 2nd floor close to the lift so most nights we were awoken by guests arriving or leaving the Hotel by the Lift. We did not eat at the Complex. Outside the pool was elevated to the back and even though there were sun lounges around, there was no parasols or canopy's to provide shade especially for children. This shocked me as the temperature was in the 40's when we were there so I dont know how guests survived it. The beach was a good 15 min walk so we went there every day and hired out 2 sun lounges and a parasol for 12.40 per day. The beach is next to the Harbour so it was lovely to sit and watch many Boats enter and leave .The Toilets on the Beach are spotless and kept locked. The key is with the Lifeguard. Thee are many eating places and the menus are similar everyplace. Prices ok. The walk back to the Hotel from the strip is hilly but managable. We booked this Hotel as a last minute deal. Overall it worked for us for the week but just keep in mind that when one books 2 Star thats what one gets.
