The hotel is great and at an excellent location. The area is German although the staff at the hotel speak all languages. The food is excellent and its a different and fresh buffet everyday. The hotel is super clean and the staff very friendly. The reception at the hotel, his name is Jesus, he made us laugh everyday. I will stay at this hotel on every visit to Mallorca.

Just back after a short stay. I read the other reviews before travelling so I knew the area was very German. I had no problems with that. We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday with great food. I got that and more. The rooms are small but very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The entire hotel was always spotless, everywhere. Right at the beach. Airport bus stop (no. 21) was 5 mins walk. €3 to airport doors. The area may be noisy in peak season but was quiet in April. None of the other reviews mentioned the table dancing club opposite. Even that was quiet. The food was fantastic, something for everyone. Always the perfect temperature, very fresh with helpful labels. I loved the jamon serrano and manchego - every day. Smoked salmon and champagne occasionally. All the usual suspects with bacon and eggs cooked to order at Breakfast and steaks, lamb and pork plus various fish griddled to order at lunch and dinner. However, what really makes this hotel is the staff. Always professional, efficient, helpful and friendly but they all went to great lengths to make our stay very special. Special mention to amazing Ana at reception, yummy Yermi, Rafael and the waiting staff in both the restaurant and the bar, gorgeous Gemma who worked so hard but was always smiling and the lovely Paquita who seemed to keep an eye on everything. I can't recommend anywhere else to eat or drink as we did both only at the hotel. I can't wait to come back.

As an All Inclusive hotel this isn't bad, apart from one mayor point - location! Right on the seafront you would think is a great location, but not in a place like this. El Arenel - Playa de Palma is like a huge Magaluf but noisier all day and all night. The front which is adjacent to the hotel is full of drunken, chanting, spitting, swearing, mooning yobs AND not a Brit in sight! Magaluf is rightly much maligned but this place is ten times worse. Okay that's not the fault of the hotel, unless they are hosting quite a few of that ilk, which they do knowingly. The main trouble is none of this is made known until you are there, trapped in the middle of groups mainly 18-30 all intent on getting 'ratted' without a care for the comfort of those unfortunate enough to share adjoining walls and balconies. I could go on and on but all I will advise to anyone considering this dump is "give it a complete miss".
As UK, Courses or boosters sometimes advised: hepatitis A (not normally for package tourists).
