Brilliant family apartments. There is a kids pool with pirate ship, slides and water bucket,3 other pools of varying depth and an adults only pool. Also there is a great playground onsite with slides, climbing, trampoline, bouncy castle and mini golf. You get complimentary pool towels which is so handy. Our 1 bed modern apartment was a good size with small kitchen, with 2 rings, microwave, toaster kettle and fridge. We had a lovely pool view. There was a kids disco and live entertainment each night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great,3 mins walk to the beach and shops, restaurants and pubs all close by. Katmandu House is a fantastic day out and only 5mins walk away. Also close by was Western Watetpark,we got a taxi for 5euro. All in all an amazing holiday

Just spent a week at Viva with 13 of my family 5 of them kids under 8. Well now I wouldn't go anywhere else we have been spoilt. Rooms lovely, pool towels for free, free WiFi, lovely staff from reception to cleaners, you can hire kids buggies, in fact I think if we had asked for a gold car they would have tried to get it for us.The pools were fab for kids and adults. We had a couple of hiccups but not worth mentioning. Thank you Viva for a fab holiday and we will be back. They just need to get that 5th * coz definitely deserved.

Recently returned from a seven night stay at viva palmanova ,we had a royal terrace room which is well worth paying the extra for ,with sunbeds Jacuzzi table and chairs ,with balcony overlooking the pool areas .Pool area with its five pools ,kids play area etc is probably the best in palma nova .One of the best hotels ive seen for children ,as we were traveling with grand kids ,but having said that I wouldn't hesitate staying there as a couple . We had one meal in the hotel which was just ok ,but there are plenty of restaurants within 5 mins of hotel . All in all a fab hotel ,and will return one day .

This was our second holiday at this hotel and again we very much enjoyed it. The staff were great as before and it was nice to recognise so many from our previous visit. The main selling point for us is how it is set up for families. From the kids plates and cutlery, excellent kids pool, play park, bouncy castle, and entertainment our 2 kids had a great time. The children's entertainers are great - Yuri was back from last year and excellent as before. They really put a lot of effort into making sure the children are having a good time. Our two loved the pirate disco in the evening. We were all inclusive again and food was good. Tete in the lunch bistro deserves a mention for his hard work. It can sometimes take a while to get bar service in the evening at the entertainment - I went and got our drinks twice as it was taking so long. No downsides to be honest - about 5mins to the beach and decent shop next / joined to the hotel. I'm sure we'll be back at a Viva hotel next year.
