I will start with the positives. The staff are wonderful, very helpful & friendly, (all except the unbelievably grumpy maintenance man you see around the pool area 1st thing in the morning) & the location is spot on. The beach just across the road & if its what you want, Magalluf 'strip' a two minute walk away. Now for some negatives .. In the 10 days we stayed there not once did we witness the pool being cleaned, & this includes an occasion when it had been defecated in !! The two lifts that the hotel has are far too small & slow for the amount of people who wish to use them. Anyone staying below the 3rd floor I would strongly advise to use the stairs, believe me it would be so much quicker. While we stayed we encountered a few days of storms, so outside activities were obviously not available, the hotel has a huge indoor bar area near the restaurant but even with biblical amounts of rain outside they refused to open it & made us traipse out to the bar next to the pool for any liquid refreshment !! Another huge gripe we have is we booked a 'quadruple' room for our daughters thinking it would be a purpose built 4 bedded room, maybe a twin room with a sofa bed area., that kind of thing. Oooooh how wrong we were, they had shoe-horned 3 single beds & a camp bed into what was a regular twin room leaving no room to swing the proverbial cat ..& charge us for the privilege !! Having said all this it is only a 3 star & as my title implies, you only get what you pay for. its a shame that the hotel management don't respond to the negative comments on TripAdvisor because I honestly believe that if they listed to past guests views this hotel could be soooo much better

Overall a good hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed as a group of 3, booking a last minute deal. The hotel can get very busy, however the beach is not far and it doesn't feel over crowded. The food is average, severed as a buffet with lots to choose from. We had no issues here and got what was paid for - however average due to general quality overall. A good place to stay on a budget, close to bars, restaurants and amenities.

We arrived in the early afternoon, to a bit of a shock with the room. There was only 2 beds in our quadruple booked room. After asking about this at the reception they explained that there was going to be another 2 beds put into the room, which left barely enough room to walk around, we ended up walking across the beds to get around. Being honest the rooms need a little updating and I would try and get a room a little higher than we were, which was on the first floor (even though we could see the sea from the balcony, if you looked through the trees) the view would have been a lot better the higher you are. The location was perfect with a little walk to the beach, about 20m from the pool. With almost white sand and clear waters the beach was fantastic. The staff were very very hard working and would be seen around the hotel from dawn to dusk. The entertainment team which was 1 person called Chiara was great as my 4 yr old daughter is a little shy when it comes to strangers and at first wasn't to pleased to join in with the dancing, as she likes to do her own thing, but by the end of the holiday she knew all the words and dance moves and looked forward to the 'mini disco' every night. The pool bar staff were constantly on their feet serving hundreds of drinks every night and the restaurant staff are a friendly bunch and were all to happy to help you. The food was very nice and gave you a good selection for every meal and there wasn't much of a repeat, except for the rice and chips. We had a lovely time and at first a little disappointed with the room, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room and we didn't let it get to us. Would we go again? Yes most probably. Rooms 3 stars. Staff/food/location/etc 4 stars.

We just spent there 10 days vacation. We have been there with 2 kids- 4 beds in one room. Although there was some kind of warning if you ask for 4 beds room that it will have less space it is inadequate to offer 4 beds in classic 2 bedroom. We had two options- to put all beds together and jump into it, or separate two by two if we want to reach closet. Room was outdated but clean. But towels could be changed more often. Hotel is big -9 floors but with only 2 elevators. It happened often that we walked at least downstairs to avoid waiting and heat and lack of fresh air inside of it. The worst service is Wifi! It is only in the lobby and you could actualy use it only if there is just a few people around. Food is ok, especialy for dinner. The restaurant is understaffed, but guys are ok. But on the reception there was just one guy that was helpful, the others were not very interested, with bad language skills.
