After reading some of the unfair reviews on here I thought I would put some people at ease. As a family of four we returned from Ola Club Maioris in the 21st of July this year. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area with a few bars down the road and a massive supermarket up the road. The vibrant and buzzing town and beach front of Arenal is only 10€ away in a taxi or you can use the free bus the hotel put on daily. The hotel is very neat and tidy with a self service area for fizzy juice etc and a curved bar for all other all inclusive drinks. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner at night with a great selection of varied food. I have two fussy kids and the ate well every day. If you like to eat healthy they have a huge amount of fresh veg and fruit accompanied by a varied selection of meat one other dishes. The rooms are clean and yes the maid has a day off (since when was someone not entitled to a day off !) The entertainment guys are fantastic and really generate a buzz during the later part of the day. Pablo was my kids favourite and my youngest now owns a teddy named after him. They have an astro football pitch (fantastic ⚽️) basketball nets, mini golf, tennis court, table tennis and a giant chess set. The two pools are fantastic one with fountain feature that goes on in the morning and and night and another large pool to accommodate more people. There are ample sunbeds and lots of places to go and hide from the sun. The sunbeds are all new and they are not the hard type so very comfortable unlike most hotels. Like I said in my title I don't do reviews but I wanted to let people know that some of the reviews on here are very unfair and for value for your money I could not fault Ola Club Mairoris. We have visited a lot of hotels and all I can say is we are looking to book up again for next year. I can honestly say I don't understand some of the reviews on here, I don't know what people expect for the money they pay to come to these hotels ! If your looking for fine cuisine and private personal service then put your money where your mouth is ! Ola Club Maioris is a fantastic typical all inclusive Spanish hotel where we go to get away from work for a couple of weeks and recharge the batteries whilst spending quality time with your family in decent surroundings without the worry or stress of having to cook or tidy ! See you next July Ola Club Maioris 🌅🌅🌅🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸👍

We found the hotel to be very clean we witnessed them scrubbing floors, cleaning shelves, ornaments, ancient farming equipment. The staff were friendly, more so by the end of the holiday. The animation team really do work very hard. Pool is a little small for the amount of people. I would agree that that the evening entertainment would be better outside as too hot inside, parasols would have been nice if you were not lucky enough to get a sunbed in the shaded areas but not enough room as there is a lot of sunbeds - and probably not enough. That said, we had a great time and would go back again.

From my experience, I feel like the hotel was extremely high quality and a lovely hotel which from my opinion, you will want to go visit all the time. I have been 3 times and when I returned this year, it seemed it has just got better. There is plenty Sun beds and chairs outside either in the shade or in the sun. There is a good choice of food and I'm quite fussy over food however, there is lots to have and enjoy. Every night there is a theme to the dinner for example: spanish night which includes spanish food but on the other hand there is other food that's not all spanish for people who are not keen on that type of food. You can get food from the dinning room. The hotel is a all inclusive. The appearance to the hotel is marvellous and very well presented. There are 3 pools. One is for younger children and baby's that is safe for them to play in and is a good size. Two pools are for older children and adults and they are very nice. By the pool there is an ice-cream maker which is good for everyone to make there on ice-creams. Yum yum! They have activities for children and teens and even adults. Animation team run the activities and they are friendly and approachable. They work very hard and all the staff are really nice and they can solve any queries or problems of yours. They are very good. It's really worth going and you will love it there.

Deffiantly not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star!!!!!! The hotel and rooms are very dated and dirty with stains on the carpets ceiling having patches of old nicatine stains, beds hard as rock, booked a double room but got 2 single beds pushed together, the shower was either freezing or boiling hot never a constant temperature!!! Maid and staff have one day off a week together in peak time leaving no kids club or entertainment surely should have a rota!! No umbrellas around the pool, not enough sunbeds pool was to small and overcrowded, pool was dirty and my little one and other children became ill from the pool water, the kids club is awful no imagination from the animation team, they put the children in the sun at the hottest time of the day painintg and colouring, no air conditioning in the hotel. The food was very rerepetitive and reused yes reused what was left over from the night before they resue the next day!!!!! No bottled water at the hotel which is shocking! All staff are very rude especially at reception they couldnt give a s**t about you, we actually flew home 3 days early because this hotel was so bad . No free wifi so we paid but the wifi is shocking never worked when we complained they didnt even attempt to fixit or even give us a refund. The wufi on the beach was free and 100 times better. No fridge or kettle in the rooms. We was told that the hotel was for kids all ages but our child is 3 and the kids club is for 4 and over. This is the worst hotel ever dont ever go here!!!!!!!!
