This hotel is great value. When i say its great value, its because i paid so little to stay here all inclusive. For the money, the room was spacious and clean, the food was good (not amazing, but tasty enough). The drinks were ok (beers and soirits), the wine was not amazing but you het used to it and end up quite liking it. The highlight was walking down to the sea and having a drink in the really nice bar there (different hotel) and also hiring a car and visiting the north of the island was spectacular. I would give it 3.5 stars if i could, as it is great vakue for money and tou will enjoy your stay, just make sure you wither get a bus to palma or hire a car and see the rest of the island.

Had a lovely time here. Very clean hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Food was nice and good selection. Not many english people staying here but everyone seemed pleasant. Friendly woman on reception. Bus stop outside hotel to take you to palma or arenal for only a couple of euros! Would be nice if there was more kids activities but overall would stay again. Tennis courts and crazy golf and small park located on hotel grounds.

On the coach transfer from Palma, went past the Caribbean Bay and Sahara/Gobi and to be fair I was concerned as these hotels are on derelict hilly roads and looked hideous. We've been to Majorca before and El Arenal wasn't quite what I was expecting. Luckily this hotel is a good 20 minutes away from the main drag, and it is in a remote area. We went for a three night stay, just fancied a short break in the sun so the location wasn't an issue. On arrival the manager Sergio was very rude, but luckily that wasn't the precedent for the other staff - they were all great. The room is basic and functional, it's good to sleep and wash - but that's what it's there for, it's not your lounge and if you think it is maybe you shouldn't be going on holiday. The food was good, much fresher and tastier than other hotels in Mallorca - and considering they're mass catering, they do very well. The bar staff are very friendly and great ambassadors for the hotel. The drink selection is what you'd expect, and there's nothing wrong with the choice or quality. The pools are cleaned daily, maintained well and there's a lifeguard during the pool's opening hours so all's good. There's plenty of sun loungers, plenty of other seating so there's space if you want it. Entertainment is what you'd expect of an all inclusive. All in all we think it's a very good place to stay and would definitely return. It's what you pay for it and what you make of it....
