booked the hotel in February, reviews were not that bad at the time. As the weeks went by, the reviews were getting worse and worse, worried was an under statement. I tried to change the hotel as others said they did, but was going to cost too much money, so had to go along with it. When we finally arrived, as we checked in I was literally shaking from head to toe. On booking in, the staff were friendly, so off to our room we went. First thing I went to look at was the bathroom, the bath had been painted as described in other reviews, god the reviews were true. went down to evening meal, there wasn't a massive choice but what I had was hot and very tasty, and I am very picky with my food. the drink was good, lager especially. Didn't go far the first night as we were shattered with travelling, the next morning at breakfast we were surprised by the choice for breakfast, again very tasty. To summarise our holiday, couldn't fault the food, drink and the staff, who were all friendly at all times, but some of the stag and hens did go a bit overboard with their behaviour. A couple of stags ended up stripping off late one afternoon. the bar man was right there telling him off and saying very sorry to me as if it was his fault. a couple of hens round the pool went a bit ott, wont even say what they were up to. overall most were just there to enjoy their holidays and didn't cause any trouble at all. was a couple of nights there was supposed to have been trouble, with the police called out, but we didn't see anything. Would we go back to this hotel, perhaps winter time we might ,but don't think we would stag and hen season again. Some reviews were very ott and some people need to get a life. Make the best of what you have, and enjoy you holidays as best you can, life is too short to constantly moan about everything all of the time. By the way, the new pool is fantastic, and now all is open. To all that have booked and are dreading going like I was, its not as bad as some say, but I suppose it depends on what the stag and hens ect are like at the time. Went with my husband and we are late 50s and early 60s, and had a lovely time.

if you want an ordinary restful holiday don't go here!! bad food, stag and hen parties running wild, staff unconcerned, all night noise, bad language, fighting horrible theft in some rooms and that's just some of the problems. we go to benidorm a few times a year, and we've never had this many problems. the food was disgusting, some of it had gone off and was sent back, the staff were dirty! never would i go there again. glad we only went for a four day break because i wouldn't have stayed there a moment longer!! i didn't even wanna give it a score of 1 because we wouldn't rate it at all!!

my friend and i stayed here 16th-25th june on all inclusive when booked early march reviews were not to bad but looking a month before travel i was horrified to read about it that bad i even tried to change hotels but without paying considerably more i was stuck with it. the hotel is quite good just had a new pool and sunbathing area opened the food is also fairly good and plenty of choice, rooms a bit basic but good bathrooms and showers and clean. its sad to say its all spoilt with the hooligans stag and hen parties they allow in some staying 4 to a room on 1 occasion a chair was thrown from a balcony and landed on someones car 2 doors were broken open by force not to mention the noise and doors banging when they come in at all hours we did not get one full nights sleep during our stay if you havnt booked dont bother unless your one of these type of people oh i forgot to mention the foul language being used by both male and female quests

I booked this hotel for my hen party after seeing it was aimed at the hen/ stag type clientele as the last thing we wanted to do was turn up at some hotel where we would be frowned upon and unwanted. Reading the reviews in the run up I did get a little worried that it would actually be a dangerous place to stay but have to say there was no reason to be worried. Yes the hotel is rowdy and full of loud, drunk people but we embraced it and had an absolute hoot from start to finish. We got along with all other groups there and they all seemed to be there for the same reason, to just have a good time. I didn't see any trouble or violence like mentioned in some reviews. The food is lush for a low budget hotel, definitely the best I've had within that price range. Over the 4 days we had different pastas, salads, nachos, chilli, fajitas, pasties, southern fried chicken, paella and in between meal times there is a snack bar where you help yourself to chips, burgers, hotdogs and toasties. I don't understand how anyone can complain about the food. Some reviews mentioned the drinks are a weaker percentage but our group had no problem at all getting drunk on them. The bar staff are good craic aswell despite the fact they must get sick to death of the same old drunken antics from us british people but they put up with it and were a laugh. There is entertainment on most nights which was alright: there was a snake show one night and a music/ film quiz another night. The rooms are quite cramped with 4 beds crammed in a room designed for 2 people. Makes getting ready on a night a real treat, everybody fighting over one shower/ mirror. We had no problem getting our €60 deposit back on check out but over the week heard of a few people arguing about not getting theirs. Just don't trash the room/ kick down doors and you will be fine. Alejandro in reception must be sick of the site of rowdy groups and had no time for us at the beginning but I think he came around to us by the end when he realised we were a canny bunch. Oh, the pool doesn't get sun til around 2pm but they have built a new pool area which opened the day after we left, it looks lush and will get the sun all day. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a group looking for a party holiday. Its in a good location close to the beach and strip. I wouldn't take kids here or the family but it seems if they do end up booking, they are put in higher rooms away from the noise and they dont have to pay the 60euro deposit which is fair enough. It is what it is and if you can just embrace it and not take it all too seriously you will have a good time. Some reviews are a bit unfair and dramatic with their descriptions and comparisons. I like nice holidays and quality hotels as much as anyone else but this hotel is an ideal base for a fun getaway with the girls/lads.
