We booked this as a late deal,so we took what was on offer, myself ,hubby,2 children ages 7 & 14 and mum & dad.Arrived about lunch time, room given to us immediately, which was of adequate size, very clean, and was cleaned every day, facing the pool on the first floor. We all had AI and never ate out of the hotel because there simply was no need to,always something for somebody, every meal time and plenty of it too.All staff were very kind and welcoming. The pool areas are immaculate and cleaned morning and evening, comfy sunbeds and the kids pools were fab.The only gripe we had was that the beds were very small,my son & hubby shared and i slept in the single bed,the double i think might have been a 3/4 and they were quite uncomfortable, this did not stop us from having a fab holiday,we only left the hotel for the children to go on the water taxi, all in all we had a relaxing holiday which is what we wanted,no noise and no disturbance,we are very happy with what we had, hotel, food, rooms, pool all of a very high standard seeing this is just a 2 star hotel,we would definately return, thank you for a lovely family holiday

Stayed at this hotel with 5 friends, was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews. When we arrived check in was quick and hotel room was ok a little dated but clean! Food was lovely lots of different things to choose from salads were really good breakfast was lovely the only thing I would say about breakfast is the lovely chocolate donuts that are out should be out for dinner lol. Hotel reception staff, cleaners were nice and friendly bar staff were a little moody. Pool area is nice lots of sunbeds. The hotel is quite a way from San Antonio town but you can get a water taxi form 5mins away for 3 euro. Had a really nice stay here and would stay again if I was in Ibiza :)

I booked this holiday for me, my sister, mum and brother. So i wanted a good hotel, nice location with reasonable distance from all the party locations! Hotel : This hotel is great value for money, compared to other locations and hotels in the area i found it quite pleasant. There is two large pools (which is great as it is busy), hundreds of sun loungers, a kids pool with slides etc and entertainment for kids in the day. Our room cleaner was AMAZING! My sister isn't the tidiest person to share with and she literally sorted out everything. Rearranged clothes in dirty and clean piles, fresh towels daily, hung stuff out to dry, literally the best cleaner i have ever had even in 5* hotels. The only issue i would say is there was a lot of drama on the last day as you need to check out by 11am and you get a half hour slot to shower per room (they keep a room available). Generally you can pay for late checkout but they were so fully booked they were unable to accomodate. People over ran and run into other peoples time and some people couldn't even get a slot as they were fully booked. The other thing people complained about were the plastic cups! You pay €1 for a cup and you exchange it for a fresh one at the bar or for a token to use the next day! Personally i think it was brilliant they were reasonable size and it saved cups flying all over the place from people not bothering to bin them! The hotel is very clean, pool area....rooms...reception is always immaculate. I would definitely recommend a pool view as people who didn't said the view wasn't great. Food & Drink : All inclusive wasn't bad! Breakfast was always fried eggs, scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, streaky bacon, some sort of potato. They also had fruit, yoghurts, croissants, cakes etc. Lunch : Various salad selection and always boiled eggs and tuna. A fish dish, pork dish, rice/pasta and always chicken however sometimes it was chicken nuggets or popcorn type chicken. Dinner : Same as lunch but more varied. Inbetween meals, you can get plates of crisps and icecream included at the bar. Location : I personally think the location was perfect, across the road you can get a boat for €3 over to San Antonio. From there if you wanna party in Bosa it's €4 on the party bus over. If you wanna get a cab direct its about €35. Generally there's places to eat and drink on the hotel road anyway so if you're not a partier you ca still go out locally. Tips : Wifi is awful that needs to be fixed! Tea and coffee should be available in the restaurant at lunch and dinner not just for breakfast. The woman on reception looking like a bad permed cartoon characted needs to fix her attitude as she gives the other lovely staff members a bad name! For a fully booked season one bar isn't sufficient, no one wants to wait in a que 10 minutes for a water ! For the price the hotel is amazing! We got a great deal and got more than we expected for our moneys worth, would definitely stay here again!

Mother attending with two children 12 and 13 years. Food rubbish if you like poor school dinner style - Buffet Acommdation very basic.light fittings stuck with sliver tape.Housekeeping poor hardly clean properly.Electricty card fiddley and regularly removed without warning. Balcony is rottening and in need of repair Atempting to mix familes and young adults is a just terrible. Topless sunbathing and drinking vodka at 10.15 am, is just plain disgusting Banging doors at all hours wasa joke. Recpetion just shrug their shoulders with any quereis or requestes Will not return to this place ever again. Only go to this hotel if your paying between 40 - 50 per night
