Just returned from a weeks stay. This was the third time I have stayed at the hotel and previous visits were excellent. However I was extremely disapointed this time. Good points: The food is good, with lots of choice. Mexican night was particulary good. The staff in the resturant and bars work very hard and were friendly despite appearing very understaffed (they literally never stop). The maids were also great, and the hotel is very clean. The location right on the beach is great. We loved swimming in the sea as it was so calm and clear with lots of fish. Bad points: Firstly the reception staff. We are a family of 3 adults and had booked one of the premium rooms (which includes dvd player, fridge, kettle etc) we paid £300 extra for this upgrade. However upon checking in and going to our room we discovered it was what appeared to be a (very tiny) standard room with a kettle. Thats it. Yep £300 extra for a kettle. I dont even drink hot drinks! We complained at reception to be told that our room was defintely a premium room. Following a lengthy argument the hotel eventually offered us a different room which clearly was a premium room. The only problem was it only had two beds made up, with the third a sofa bed. We told reception this and they promised the bed would be made up straight away. 8 hours later and being very tired we gave up hope and I actually made my own bed with blankets found in the wardrobe. We again complained to reception and their response was that the maid had been and made the bed. Despite our protestation that it had been made by me, the reception staff more of less called us liars and shrugged their shoulders. Their whole attitude and professionalism stunk. We made a complaint to the hotel chain and tour operator (Jet2) and we have yet to have any form of apology for a very stressful first day of our holidays. The pool and bar area dont seem big enough to accomodate all the guests and getting a sunbed around the pool was impossible unless you queued up from 8.30am then ran. Yea RAN to grab one before the rest of the hoard beat you to it. We did this one morning before deciding not to embarrass ourselves anymore and spending the rest of the week on the awesome beach. Oh and not to sound like a snob but there seemed to be a lot of chavs this time. One of the things we previously liked about the miami was the other guests were just normal, polite people. Our stay this time was like Skegness with more sun. Chavs galore with feral kids running riot. All in all we wont be returning for a fourth visit, which is a shame as it was previously a great hotel. We would return to Es Canar though as it is a lovely resort with great beach and bars.

We just came back from this hotel/apartments yesterday, first i must say do not believe negative comments as this place was fab. We were staying at the apartments however we ate in the hotel as we paid for all inclusive when we got there. The apartments were 1st class there were 4 of us and a 2 year old and a baby. The apartment had full air condition as standard a must in the heat, it was lovely and clean and had everything you need. cleaners came every day and we got fresh towels very nice lady's as well. I have done all inclusive before in other hotels but the food here was way above anything i have had before, so lovely. All beer , wine soft drinks in the restaurant on tap staff were very nice and very helpful staff . there was so much choice even our 10 month old baby had a ball lol. The swimming pools were fab the kids had a great time with the water slides and fun area. The bars were great and we even got plates of biscuits every afternoon. There were ice lolly's and ice cream all day. I would go back tomorrow if i could, what a great place for a family holiday old and young alike. All that's left to say is roll on next year.

Just returned from a week all inclusive at the Intertur Hotel Miami Ibiza having had and really good time and would recommend….having said that I will start with the negative points!! The hotel has entertainment but wasn't particularly to my taste plus there was quite a lot of kids running round I do understand it is a family hotel so accepted accordingly. Wasn't keen on being served beer, and shorts etc in plastic cups all the time around the outside bars but back to the last comment I suppose it is safer for the little ones (drinks were served in glass in the restaurants) Around the pool the sun beds were like sardines to say it was packed may be an understatement, so we chose to use the beach where you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas @ 5Euro each a day You have to pay for WiFi 6 euro a day but will discount for a week, you pay for in room safe, No in room fridge or coffee making machine this is a well established hotel chain for me these items in the rooms and should be offered as standard and included in price (just my opinion make these improvements and I would be inclined to strongly recommend this hotel) Now for the good points Clean hotel well maintained, maids polite and friendly there service was very good, rooms always clean and tidy well done, bar men/women again always helpful and polite no problems with the service and you didn't have to wait long due to there being two bars on the go most of the time. drinks were of a good quality and choice again very good. Restaurant staff all ways on the go keeping the area clean and tidy excellent service from these guys.. Food: breakfast for me was spot on always really good, lunch and dinner well I’ve read one or two negatives on this subject but for me again I thought it was very good standard yes sometimes some of the food was not quite as hot as I would like but to keep it piping would be difficult without spoiling. as for choice I can’t see how they could offer much more so no problems here for me.. The hotel is well situated close to the beach and the small town of Es Cana is just a short walk across the beach or along the back well lit roads offering a small choice of restaurants and some good night time entertainment bars offering live acts prices of food and beer not too bad around 3euro for a beer and in the region of 10 euro for a reasonable meal . All in all very good.
