Things you have to wait ages for: Christmas. Birthdays. Sunny weather in the UK. (At least that's what it feels like after that shoddy excuse for a summer.) Things you don't have to wait ages for? Last-minute holidays. So if all that torrential rain's got you in the mood to ✌️ peace out for a week or two (or three 👀), you've come to the right place. We’ve got LOADS of late holiday deals just waiting to be snapped up. Plans next weekend? Oh, we've got a few ideas...
Well, because we know a thing or two about last-minute holidays - just ask our boss. But also, we take care of all the bits and bobs like ATOL protection and keeping your money secure in our trust account, so you can always book with confidence. Like, more confidence than Beyoncé. Which is a lot. Plus, we've got flexible payment options so no matter where you're off to, you can pay your way, and we're the Home of Holiday Perks, which basically means we go out of our way to make sure your jolly has that little something *extra* (without the extra cost). Thank us later. Or whenever you want to, really. We'll still be here.
Grab 'em while they're hot! 🔥 Okay, so technically they might be hot for a while, but unlike that carton of almond milk in our office fridge, these babies won't be around forever. The only thing better than looking forward to a holiday next year is looking forward to a holiday next week. Yep, you did read that right. This time next week you could be slurping sangria in Majorca, stretching out on one of Antalya's Blue-Flag beaches, or heading out on a city break to Barcelona with your Out of Office well and truly on. Wherever you fancy, we've got late deals coming out of our ears. Well, not literally. That would be weird. But we do have a lot of cheap last minute package holidays, and this little trio below are just some of the best for when you want to get away ASAP. (We feel ya.)
Not to toot our own horn, but we've just found the highlight of your year. It's a holiday at this place, if you hadn't guessed. Hear us out - boujee rooms with all the mod cons (including a Nespresso coffee maker, thank you very much), an adventure park decked out with everything from ziplines to an 18-hole mini golf course (we can hear the family arguments from here), AND a 'wave rider,' so you don't even have to go to the beach to get your surf on. Although we totally recommend going to the beach, too. Looking for a last-minute getaway? We know a place...
You know that saying, 'better later than never'...or something like that. Well, we know not everyone can just drop everything and jet off next week. Some of us have responsibilities. Bosses to convince. Holiday clothes to buy. Instagram captions to plan. These late holiday deals are still last-minute, but you won't have to scuttle around like a headless sand crab trying to get everything sorted. Whether it's a chilled-out, kid-free time in Costa Blanca, or a fun-filled getaway with the whole fam in Tenerife, these last-minute deals are full of sunny, beachy goodness (obvs), and they're ready to be snapped up. Grab a great deal. Don't keep 'em waiting! 👀
When it comes to holidays, the only thing we want to be 'forking out' is the huge plate of spaghetti we've got from the all-inclusive buffet, thank you. The best holidays aren't always the ones with the biggest price tag (we're pretty sure Jessie J would agree with us on that one) which is why we've hand-picked these budget-friendly three-star hotels in some really popular destinations, so you can snap up a last-minute holiday deal without maxing out your credit card. Grab one of these bad boys and you'll be going from work to beach mode faster than your boss can raise an eyebrow at your annual leave request.

Greece holidays are so laidback they're practically horizontal, on a sun lounger, with a cocktail in hand. Oh wait, no - that's you! Or at least, it's what we're pretty sure you'll be doing in whichever one of these hotels you snap up. That, and eating mountains of feta for breakfast, lunch and dinner, because...well, when in Greece 🤷 And speaking of when, you could be doing all of that (and a few other things) ASAP with these late holiday deals. Next week just got a whole lot brighter.

We love those spontaneous, 'let's just go' last-minute holidays, but if you're just a last-minute kind of holidaymaker then you can make your trip a little more smooth-sailing with some prep work. We're not saying ditch the 'last-minute' part of your holiday, but if you know you're going to book something last minute at some point in the future, start checking you have everything you need in advance (like your passport being in date, sun cream, summer clothes etc.) If you gradually tick everything off your list before you even book, you'll have zero running around to do before you go. Perfecto!
Good communication, good value, and organised. Easy to be able to pay monthly. Had questions, I got a timely response.
I will continue to use your service. Been on a number of holiday organised by yourselves, all have been a great experience.
On the Beach offer a comprehensive and easy to use online service that offers great value for money and is fully ATOL protected for peace of mind. Personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my overseas holidays. I’ve been using On the Beach for over 3 years and have always been pleased with their service.
It is hassle-free to book through On the Beach. Their website is so well designed and gives you all the information/alternatives that you could possibly want. An excellent online service
Yes and no. Booking a holiday last minute can result in securing a bargain. Airlines are desperate to fill their planes, so if they have lots of seats still available near to the departure date then they may significantly reduce the cost of these in order to fill the plane. The same is true for hotel rooms. So, if you're flexible about where you want to go, then you can secure a great holiday at a low price last-minute. Imagine the school holiday savings. Right now, we've got last-minute places at hotels in Spain, Turkey and even further afield if you're feelin' fancy. Last-minute holiday to Jamaica, anyone?
If, however, you have a specific destination in mind and/or specific dates you want to go, then you are generally much better off booking as early as possible. This way you secure the holiday and can also benefit from early booking discounts.
It all depends on how flexible you can be. If you can be extremely flexible on your destination and hotel, then it is probably best to book just a couple of days before departure, nabbing the last couple of seats on a plane and the last available room in a hotel.
As with many things, flight pricing fluctuates based on supply and demand, so it’s not always clear cut which day is the cheapest to fly. But generally speaking, Tuesdays are the cheapest day to fly. If we are talking weekend flights only, Sundays are the cheapest day to jet away.
On the other side of the coin, Fridays are typically the most expensive day to fly.
It couldn't be simpler! Start by taking a good ol' look at the deals on this page (they're at the top in case you missed them). We update these regularly with some of our best deals about so you're sure to bag a bargain here. And, if none of those tickle your fancy then scroll on up to the search bar, tell us where you want to go, fill in the date and who you want to go with and hit that search button - we'll do the rest!
