Cape Verde

Do I need to quarantine when I arrive?

  • No, you do not need to quarantine when you arrive in Cape Verde.

What testing requirements are in place?

  • From 01/07/2022, the COVID-19 vaccination certificate will only be valid to enter Cape Verde for those who have received the booster dose of the vaccine. You will need to have the UK’s printed version of proof of COVID-19 recovery and vaccination record. Cape Verde will will not accept digital proof. Anyone who has not received the booster dose will need to present a negative Antigen test certificate which was taken within 48 hours of travel, or a negative PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours of travel. Non-vaccinated travellers over 12 years old must also present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of boarding, or a negative antigen test taken within 48 hours of boarding. Your temperature will be checked upon arrival and you may be required to take another COVID-19 test.

Do I need to fill in a Passenger Locator Form or similar?

  • Yes, please make sure to fill in this International Travel Form before you travel. Please be aware that the requirements for this form vary by destination. For example, some destinations may require this to be filled in at a specific time before travel, and some may require a printed version. Please check the FCDO website below for more information. You will also need to fill out an Airport Security Tax Form before travel, which you can find on the EASE website and costs around £30.

  • You are no longer required to complete an online entry form before arriving in Croatia.

Do I need to quarantine when I arrive?

  • No, you do not need to quarantine when you arrive in Cuba.

What testing requirements are in place?

  • From 06/04/2022, there will be no requirement for travellers arriving from the UK for either a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 test. You are no longer required to routinely self-isolate or take a PCR test on arrival in Cuba, but authorities are present at the airport and will carry out random PCR tests.

## As of 8th July 2022, travellers aged 12 and above are required to wear a mask at all indoor venues and on public transport in Cyprus. Failure to comply may lead to a fine. ##

  • You will not need to quarantine on arrival to Cyprus, regardless of your vaccination status.

  • From1 June 2022, passengers travelling to Cyprus will not need to present any sort of vaccination or recovery proof or present a negative COVID test result.
