Antigua

Do I need to quarantine when I arrive?

  • All visitors are subject to health screening upon arrival, and monitored for up to 14 days. Most tourists will then be permitted to travel to their accommodation following the health screening.

Do I need to quarantine when I get home?

  • No, those who are fully vaccinated with a vaccine administered in the UK, US or Europe do not need to quarantine.

What testing requirements are in place?

  • All arriving and transiting passengers aged 18 or over must show evidence of receiving at least one dose of a single or double dose WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine to enter the country. All visitors 5 years and older must show evidence of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival, tests must be taken no more than 4 days before arrival. Only tests administered by health care professionals are valid, home tests and rapid antigen tests are not accepted.

Do I need to fill in a Passenger Locator Form or similar?

  • No. However, you will need to fill in a Health Declaration Form upon arrival in Antuiga.

Barbados

Do I need to quarantine when I arrive?

  • Unvaccinated visitors will be quarantined at approved facilities (at your own expense) for a minimum of 5 days, at which point you will be required to take a COVID-19 test. If your test is negative you will not be required to quarantine any further. Vaccinated visitors will be required to undergo a rapid PCR test at either the airport or government-approved accommodation (at your own expense). If your test returns negative then no further quarantining is required.

Do I need to quarantine when I get home?

  • No, those who are fully vaccinated with a vaccine administered in the UK, US or Europe do not need to quarantine.

What testing requirements are in place?

  • All visitors from the UK must show evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 3 days before your arrival. If you arrive without a negative test you may be denied entry to the country.

  • Yes, please make sure to fill in this Passenger Locator Form before you travel. Please be aware that the requirements for this form vary by destination. For example, some destinations may require this to be filled in at a specific time before travel, and some may require a printed version. Please check the FCDO website below for more information.

Bulgaria

Do I need to quarantine when I arrive?

  • No, if you are fully-vaccinated you do not need to quarantine when you arrive in Bulgaria.

Do I need to quarantine when I get home?

  • No, those who are fully vaccinated with a vaccine administered in the UK, US or Europe do not need to quarantine.

What testing requirements are in place?

  • All visitors must show a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before entry AND either a vaccination certificate showing an approved vaccine was completed at least 14 days before entry, or a certificate of recovery from COVID-19. All visitors are subject to random health screenings upon arrival.
