Body Language

Body Language

As the beach holiday experts, we believe in being All Inclusive (no, not that one). This means that we think everyone, no matter who you are or what you look like, should be able to enjoy care-free beach days in confidence.

After championing body confidence with #ThisBikiniCan and #TheManBod, as well as helping those of you who aren’t the most confident swimmers take the plunge with #AllSwimclusive, we don’t want this self-confidence journey to end! So, we’ve teamed up with the awesome podcast Body Language, a super interesting, intelligent and inspiring series, which talks about bodies, how they're all unique and how you should learn to love the body you’re in. Yes, it really is as cool as it sounds.

About Body Language

The amazing Tasha Bishop started Body Language the podcast to turn the conversation of our bodies around and show that all bodies are different. After being diagnosed with MRKH (a condition where she was born without a womb or internal vagina), Tasha realised that no one has what society thinks is the ‘perfect body’ and we should love the individualities that one another have. So, with the power of her voice, she uncovers the way that we talk and feel about our bodies and the way we sometimes want to hide them. Tackling difficult topics, Tasha brings on guests to discuss everything surrounding bodies. From make up to medical contitions and imperfections to infertillity - this podcast is one that is both relatable and educational at the same time.

Our body beliefs

We proudly believe that every single body is beautiful. With our recent campaigns #ThisBikiniCan and #TheManBod, we’ve been big supporters of body positivity and body confidence for everyone, after finding out the shocking facts that over half of men would avoid certain situations due to their insecurities about their bodies and a third of women won’t get into the water on holiday due to low body confidence. It doesn’t matter what body you have, everyone should be able to enjoy their holidays and, well, lives to the fullest without feeling self-conscious and letting low body confidence get in the way.
