You’ve arrived! Well almost… You might have landed but you still need to get to your hotel before you can really start relaxing. Here’s a few tips to get you there without a hitch…
Try to be patient when exiting the plane, everyone else is just as eager to stretch their legs as you so no pushing!
Make sure you have all of your possessions before you leave the plane and have your passports at the ready to show to passport security as you go through your destination airport. Check the boards to make sure you’re at the correct baggage carousel, if in doubt – ask.
If you’ve arranged a transfer to pick you up at the airport, make sure you know where you’re meant to be meeting them and ensure you have all emergency contact numbers on hand if there are any problems.
If you haven’t arranged a transfer, make sure you’ve researched the distance to your hotel and the cost of an airport taxi before travel and make clear to the taxi driver how much you’re willing to pay.
