This summer we brought the beach to the city, at Manchester’s Great Northern. With our very own stretch of golden sands, buckets, spades and even a gigantic deckchair in tow, we set up for a great British beach break in the heart of the city.
To celebrate we ran an exciting competition with the chance to win a £1000 On the Beach holiday! We asked you to strike a pose on the beach or giant deckchair and upload your beach snaps to social media with the hashtag #OTBGreatNorthernSummer.
We received bags of brilliant entries, from big cheeky smiles and beaming faces to pretty poses and lovely group pictures – it’s safe to say we were very impressed!
