Looking good on holiday is no longer just a concern for women, men are also feeling the pressure – especially as popular reality programmes such as TOWIE and Made in Chelsea are full of well groomed males!
The biggest pre-holiday concern for men is getting rid of their beer belly according to a recent survey. The results reveal more than half of men feel anxious at the prospect of stripping off whilst abroad, although just one in three admit to actually trying to get in shape before hitting the beach.
Other pre-holiday fears include missing out on that all important sporting event, with 48% of guys worrying about where they will watch the match. Rushing to get ahead at work (41%), missing their four legged friends (36%) and remembering the passports (18%), are also among the greatest worries for guys jetting off.
It’s great to see people taking pride in their looks, however going on holiday is an exciting time so don’t let little hang-ups cause too much concern.
