A recent study has named Manchester Airport as our favourite airport, thanks to its customer service, facilities, shopping, bars and restaurants.
The airport topped four out of five categories in the study, with Newcastle Airport voted the best airport to travel through. Out of 15 of the busiest airports across the UK, our two busiest airports London Gatwick and London Heathrow fared well and are named the second and fifth best airports respectively. However, three of our capital’s airports were in the bottom five as Luton, City and Stansted all narrowly missed out being named the worst airport in the UK to Aberdeen.
Airports handle millions of passengers every year and it’s interesting to see that many of the busiest still manage to provide us with the best airport experience!
