King of the Castles Competition Terms and Conditions
How to participate
Simply print off the downloadable On the Beach sign post provided in the competition article and take it away on holiday with you.
Once you’ve created your sandcastle, insert your On the Beach signpost to the top of your finished sandcastle.
Take a photo of it and, once you get home, send it to us using the entry form at the bottom of the competition article.
Competition Rules
You need to submit a photo of your sandcastle, including the downloadable On the Beach signpost provided.
You will need to enter your name and email address.
Only entries received between 13th June 2013 and 5pm on Friday, 6th September 2013 will be counted as official entries.
Winners will be picked by On the Beach, from those who successfully submitted their sandcastle photo and entered their details.
The winner will be announced during the week commencing Monday, 9th September, 2013.
On the Beach may use photo entries across their website, social channels and marketing emails.
The Prize
The prize consists of one £1,000 On the Beach holiday voucher, for redemption on purchases made on the On the Beach website (flights, hotel and transfers). For redemption against holiday bookings only (flight plus hotel), excludes flight only and hotel only.
Holiday must be booked before 1st January, 2014 for travel between 1st October, 2013 and 30th September, 2014.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be given.
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged eighteen (18) years and older. Employees of On the Beach and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion may not participate.
On the Beach reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

General
On the Beach reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in whole or in part at any time. In this event, you will be notified by email. We will endeavour to give you 30 days notice of this or, if this is not possible, as much notice as we reasonably can.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required. We will endeavour to give you 30 days notice of this or, if this is not possible, as much notice as we reasonably can.
The Terms and Conditions are for this competition only.
All entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this prize draw.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube or Instagram and neither has any association or jurisdiction over the competition.
By entering this competition you will be added into our marketing database. You may opt out at any time. On the Beach will not share your data.
The winner’s name and town may be used by On the Beach, on its website, blog, social channels and/or email communications.
Limitations of liability
Neither the Promoter, its employees nor its agents assume any responsibility or liability for the following:
Any incorrect or inaccurate entry.
Any system failures on any of the websites being utilised to run the promotion.
Any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of such failure.
Any other matter outside of our reasonable control.
