A recent survey found 55% of parents are happy to take their child out of school and head on holiday for less.
Two thirds of those parents willing to take their kids out of school, to go on holiday at off-peak times would do so, if it meant saving £500 or less. This is despite the threat of some local authorities fining for truancy.
With the tough economy at the minute, it’s clear people are going to all lengths to save money. Instead of taking kids out of school, by booking your holiday earlier you can secure great deals, even during peak seasons and by using the deposit schemes, paying for your holiday is much more manageable.
Would you take your child out of school to go on holiday? Or have you taken advantage of booking early and paying off your holiday bit by bit throughout the year?
