Despite only being the third largest Balearic Island, Ibiza is arguably the most famous. Boasting the most well known clubbing scene in the world you’re guaranteed an unforgettable time when you visit. Climate

Ibiza enjoys long hot summers with temperatures from July to September ranging from the high 20’s to low 30’s and mild winters with temperatures averaging in the mid 20’s.
The evenings get much cooler and there is a slightly increased chance of rain in November so warmer clothes might be needed.

Beaches

Talamanca Beach offers long, clean and sandy shores met with crystal blue waters and is the perfect beach for families to enjoy a quiet and relaxing break. On the other hand, Las Salinas is filled with people looking to party thanks to the upbeat music played here and presence of beach bar, San Trinxa.

Places to visit

If you’re interested in the history of Ibiza and neighbouring island Formentera, The Archaeological Museum will provide everything you need. Divided into six sections, the objects and artefacts in this museum span over 3,000 years.
The Santa Marina Cathedral is located in the Old Town and is just a glimpse into the culture and tradition that Ibiza has to offer. In the Cathedral you’ll find a museum, chapels, a tall bell tower and a holy cross made from gold and silver over 600 years ago.
Also check out the Museum Of Contemporary Art and seventh century burial ground Puig Des Molins.

Top activities

If you’re a sport lover you’ll never be short of things to do in Ibiza. In Talamanca you’ll find everything from tennis to horse riding while if you’re a golf lover or enjoy bike riding the place to visit is Cala Llonga.
Aguamar Waterpark is also perfect for a fun day out. Packed with exciting white knuckle water chutes such as the Black Hole, the park also offers more sedate rides for everyone to enjoy. Also on site are a restaurant and cafe, lockers, sun loungers and a children’s play area…

Nightlife

Ibiza is home to some of the biggest and best nightclubs in the world and has attracted some of the most well known DJ’s who choose to perform here due to the party atmosphere. You’ll find the super clubs in Ibiza Old Town while San Antonio also boasts many popular clubs and bars.
If you’re looking for a more family orientated location, head to Santa Eulalia which offers the usual of a busy resort without the heavy nightlife.

Good for couples

If you and your partner are looking for somewhere unique to visit, head to the Can Marça Caves. Once used for smuggling tobacco and alcohol, the caves are over 100,000 years old and you are welcome to enjoy their beauty in their natural glory, which are now almost fossilised.

Good for groups

The place to be for buzzing nightlife, Ibiza is a top pick for groups of friends seeking a fun-filled, sun-soaked holiday. Whether you’re after the cheesy tunes, classic toe-tappers or the hot-right-now house beats, Ibiza has something for everyone in the most spectacular way possible.

Good for kids

Air Zone Ibiza is the first of its kind in Spain and offers a slope with a 23% inclination and 65m long for your playing pleasure. In your orb you can roll down a hill head first or backwards if you dare as well as attempt to walk across water without getting wet. Whatever you choose you’re guaranteed a fun filled day here.
