What do people do to relax with their families in Salou?
When it comes to families, Salou is probably most well-known for its huge attraction park – PortAventura World. Families love visiting there because there is so much to see and do… even local parents take their kids there for a day out! And with Ferarri Land coming soon, we’re expecting it to get even more popular (if that’s even possible…!)
Can you describe a relaxing day in Salou?
Take your towel over your shoulder, go to Platja Llarga, take a rest, have a bath and drink a Spanish pint with tapas. Enjoy our big offering of restaurants and pubs. Feel like home! It’s the little things.
What do you do personally to switch off in Salou?
Personally, I like to have a rest at the coves located in Cap Salou, where you can find less tourists. Places such as Punta del Cavall or Cala Crancs are some of my favourite secret spots – so try not to tell everyone about them, please! (Whoops, sorry David!) I also enjoy riding skyjet or practicing flyboard – they’re really amazing activities.
How would you recommend tourists relax when they visit Salou?
The best choice is to relax along the 9 different beaches and coves that we have in Salou during the day and, in the evening, to have a walk along our dinky boulevard lined with plenty of palm trees. It’s also a great spot for watching the amazing fountain show.
Where are the best places to relax in Salou?
If you would like to find another oasis among our palm trees you have also two nice options: our golf courses together with the Lumine Beach Club (infinity pools) – they are a paradise where you can enjoy peace and intimacy with your family in a genuinely Mediterranean environment. The second option the lighthouse… another charming place with wonderful views. Feel free!
